For my wife's car. We get it in every 6 months for maintenance and repairs. We would get the car inspected. We got an oil change and inspection. I think we had to get one item replaced.

It's gone well. They've always done good work. The car runs very well and hasn't needed much major work at all. They're definitely good people. The price is perhaps a bit higher than some other places, but you get what you pay for.

I purchased a new Honda Pilot from this dealership. The sales rep (Ricardo Quiroz) did an execellant job and we were happy to have had the opportunity to work with him. He was professional, responsive, and able to give us a really good deal on our purchase. When we took possession of the vehicle, Ricardo spent almost an hour with us to show us the features, how to set up the bluetooth, etc. I would definitely look to this dealership first if I'm looking to buy another Honda anytime in the future.

Called service desk and received price for oil change ($42 for S2000). When I arrived, service rep said price would be $45. After frustrating discussion, the reps final position was that if I couldn't tell him who I talked with on the phone, he couldn't confirm my conversation and wouldn't honor the quoted price. So I left. I sent an email to the service department and then received a call from the service manager (Charlie Leach) who apologized and offered to comp the oil change. I appreciated the quick response to my email and was satisfied with the way this was handled. Oil change was performed and no further complaints. Received a follow up call from Mr. Leach which demonstrated, in my opinion, this dealership's commitment to customer service. I've used this dealership for most of the service work on my S2000 and this is the first less than excellent experience I have had.

Three hours into a twenty-four hour drive from Texas to Pittsburgh, the air conditioner stopped working. We suffered through the first day without air conditioning. On the second day, we kept the cabin thermostat at 80 degrees, and the AC was able to maintain that temperature. It was the evaporator on the AC unit. Also, the service tech changed the oil and did not reset the service meter, so the needs-service indicator is always on. A Honda dealership should know to reset the service meter.

Louis was nice but could not speak English well enough to be helpful; we were not happy that he began calling us EVERY DAY after our visit. The other salespeople there were nice, but it was a little unsettling receive daily phone calls. Ultimately we decided on Acura.
