About us
With over 10 years experience in the design and construction industry, Spencer Howard has completed $150 million in new construction and renovation projects ranging from residential to institutional facilities. Whether designing and constructing an orphanage in Africa or managing the restoration of a historic home in Houston, Spencer Howard uses a sustainable project planning tool he developed that has led to the successful completion of several projects for Rice University and 75 grants for disaster assistance and hazard mitigation with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Texas Division of Emergency Management. Spencer Howard is an Associate of the American Institute of Architects and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He looks forward to collaborating with each of his clients to ensure total project success!
