After speaking to my technician, he informed me that they found mold in the main duct and informed you and gave you the option have the treatment or to leave an estimate for you to make a decision at a later time and you opted to have the treatment completed at that time which was $499.00 in addition to the voucher you had already purchased. As far as the main duct that they could not reach, we would be glad to send someone back to the home with a second opinion to take a look and complete what was unable to be completed the first time. Looking at your work order from 5/1/2013, i see that you purchased a Groupon voucher for the $79 Air duct and Dryer vent cleaning. I notice you stated the technician mentioned asbestos in the home, but looking at your work order i see that it was not asbestos that he found, but it was mold in the air ducts. Asbestos would only be found in the insulation of the home rather than the air ducts. I see that he left you an estimate to take care of the mold. I understand the the pricing of mold treatment can come to be a shock to most people as it is an unexpected surprise. I did take a look at your file and he did upload the pictures that you are referring to that he showed you and claimed was the mold in your air ducts, i would like to ensure you that the picture he showed you were of your air ducts and no one else's as the technician is obligated to take pictures to show the client and we keep each picture with the customer file. each customer has their own file and own pictures uploaded to their file of the mold if any, found in the home. I see that the estimate left for you was for $450.00 for the mold treatment and $110 for the connection box cleaning which is our standard pricing. Mold treatments with any company can usually range from about $300-$1000 depending on the severity of the mold problem. Again, i am very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied and we would like for you to call us if there is anything that we can do for you to rectify the situation like maybe a 50% discount on your next service as we thrive for customer satisfaction."

I would be referring the stairs in your home which is an additional cost of $45.00. This goes for any customer, as this service is not included in the 4 rooms special which is normally $129.99. In addition to the stairs you also opted to have the live enzyme treatment which is for those hard stains and smells in the carpets that have been set in for a while that a simple steam cleaning will not remove. This service is not necessary if you do not wish to have the stains removed, but is recommended by the representative to ensure you 100% satisfaction upon completion."

Upon scheduling your appointment if you had informed the representative that you had more than one unit, they would have explained to you that an extra unit would cost extra as the voucher is for one unit. I also took a look at our notes and saw that the technician did give you the second unit price of 99$ as well rather than charging you the full price of 249.99 which is our regular pricing for extra units as the 99$ price is a promotional price therefore, saving you $150.00"
