There are many plans, promises and expectations in the home purchase process. You need Qualified, Experienced, and Professionals working on your behalf. One of the very important steps is having your potential home inspected, which typically occurs once you and the seller have agreed upon a price and signed an earnest money contract. SPECIALTY INSPECTIONS has been involved in the REAL ESTATE INSPECTION BUSINESS FOR 13 YEARS. Prior to the Inspection Business we were involved in multi-family development and property management. We have completed thousands of inspections not only for our Residential customers but also for Commercial Properties as well.

Mr Lopez was a nice man, but not very informative at all. We recently purchased our home and have had to put over $15,000 into it for electrical and plumbing. I had mentioned to him that the plumbing did not look very well (there was no hot water pressure in the kitchen) and he said it was probably because the vacant, but it turned out the house hadn't been vacant at all, we had multiple leaks within a month of moving in, and the whole house needed to be re-piped. The electrical panel outside was a complete fire hazard. We are foster parents and the electrical did not pass the states inspection because it was so rigged. Had I known all of the issues I definitely would have gotten this house for a lot less. He actually told me if you were my daughter I would tell you to buy this house. Again super nice man but I definitely would not use him again or refer him to other people.
