We overall had a great experience wtih Jaime and his team in building our fireplace. We ordered the stone materials from a third party and Jamie and his team provided the contstruction and labor. This was the first time that they had dealt with this material and this type of construction. Addtionally, we wanted it constructed in an atypical manner. We were very happy they they were open minded about this. The only issue we encountered was that the team overlooked an extension block, but they put in considerable extra time to fix the problem. Specifically, they had to cut the stone and use a hoist to hold the upper stones in place while they inserted the extension. This added an extra day or two of very difficult labor. Every contractor is going to have a mistake, but the key is how they handle it. Jamie and his team handled it perfectly with the ultimate goal of making the customer happy. So, we were very happy with their work.
