Sparkling Doors

I ran into the owner of the company after I had a visited there old address. Apparently the company moved to another location adjacent to their previous address. At first i was a little concerned about the move. I was thinking, here I am about to purchase a large ticket item from a company that just moved. I had some concerns but after the final product I thought the job went ok. He is still supposed to come by and finish a small part of the installation. We have an old 1960's ranch home which we are remodeling, and of course the door will not fit perfectly so from the outside the brick molding did not cover all of the door. His crew was supposed to come by and cover the exposed gap. He did do some extra's for us such and taking out a iron security door and the old door. Overall this was an ok experience. 

The doors shrunk within six months. It was terrible. It took eight months to get them replaced. My husband replaced them himself. They refused to replace the doors. I would not recommend anyone to use them. We sent them a registered letter telling them they had 10 days to do something about the doors, or we would be taking them to small claims court. It took eight months to get the doors replaced after the letter. They bought some used doors. He told me that his company was doing bad.
