Sparkle Plus

The first couple of times it was just okay. The girls/women did not speak or read English, so the instructions I left were ignored. I started leaving them tips, thought that would improve the service (didn't work- got worse). They refused to pick up small throw rugs after I asked numerous times not to vacuum them as they were pulling them apart, and winding strings around the vacuum roller. Nothing worked. The last time I came home I found the toilet flush handle laying on the bathroom floor, not sure how they managed to break it off. They were supposed to bring supplies, they brought nothing, used everything that I had, even added water to the empty bottles, very puzzling??? Quality of cleaning was not even what I would call adequate. I gave this company about 5 months to improve, and talked to the owner, but she defended her workers. They did not even know how to change the sheets on my bed. Put the blanket on top of the mattress and the sheets on top of the blanket???

They did OK, but I do not feel like they took enough time to clean my house.

This is the second time I have used Sparkle Plus for cleaning my home and I am pleased and will be using them again. It smells and feels clean after they leave. They did a good job! Thank you Sparkle Plus.

Changed sheets and pillow cases, scrubed bathrooms thoroughly, cleaned shelves and mirrors, did the kitchen with much detail, vacuumed up cat hair from everywhere and some spots on the carpet, vacuumed floors, furniture, seating pillows and in and around and under my lounge chairs. I am very happy with their work.
