It was good. They were all very professional. It was very good, very clean.

It went very well. All of the Spaceman employees were very very nice and customer friendly! They installed part of the cabinets and then had a production machine break down. The office manager called and appologized profusely. Since it took an extra week to get the additional parts installed, they provided a discount for the inconvenience. We will definitely use them again, if we need cabinets installed/made for us.

Michael was great. Really helped us find the best design at a great price. Don't believe places saying you'll save 40%. You won't. Just go with Spaceman. You will find the best price with the best designer.

This was one of the best experiences we've had working with a service provider. From the first phone call, to the consultation meeting, to the install and follow-up, it was a pleasure working with Spaceman. They were polite, professional, efficient, and did an excellent high-quality job. And ... they stayed on schedule and finished even earlier than they had originally promised! We are VERY HAPPY with the work they did, and can't recommend them any more highly!

It went great, our designer Michael came to our house and was very attentive and helpful. He was always very responsive with our follow-up questions. The work itself went very smooth and the workers cleaned up after themselves which was great. We love our new closets and really feel like we are maximizing our space now!

Overall, excellent. We are delighted with our new closets. From my pre-research standpoint, we learned (and liked) that Spaceman 1) got a lot of really good reviews on Angie's List; 2) has a showroom (since 2007) off of W. T.C. Jester which is opens on Saturdays (and located right by Karbach Brewery which also serves lunch- a plus!); 3) offers free in-home consultation; 4) does not use subcontractors; 5) has a lifetime, transferable guarantee; 6) has been in business since 1998; 6) manufactures all of their product in Houston; 7) accepts Visa, MC, Amex and checks; 8) has a partnership with David Weekley homes and several other quality home builders; 9) has been on Angie's List since 2009. We also liked that their projects, based on Angie's List, have a spread from $500 to $10,000, so a wide range leading us to believe that no project is too small. At the showroom, Hilary, who was our salesperson, was very helpful explaining in detail the products Spaceman offers. We liked that their take-home packet had lots of referrals by ZIP CODE so, if you wanted, you could contact someone in your area to find out about their experience. Hilary was also the one who came out to our house to do the measurements. Michele was the scheduler and kept us very informed. From the on-site installation experience, we had a couple of hiccups along the way (one being my fault), but everything was resolved to our complete satisfaction. David, the owner, personally called us, and that meant a LOT to know that the owner gets involved to make sure everyone is happy. The installers were all great -professional, polite, skilled, hard working. It should be noted that we had to coordinate our demolition crew (to remove the old closet organizers, expand one of the closets, sheet rock and paint), then Spaceman to install the closet organizers, and finally the Sliding Door Company to install our sliding doors.

This was our second project from SpaceMan. The designer planned out the project with us and listened well to our needs. The installer was courteous, efficient, and did superb work. Even in new homes, not everything is plumb. The installation was perfect and looks very impressive. We will use them again on our third project.

Excellent from start to finish.  I don't have one complaint.  The install gave us more storage in the same amount of room.  Nothing is crowded and there is room to add more clothes and pantry items.  We could not be more pleased.  We will be doing the other closets in the future.  This could not have turned out better!

The representative was attentive and provided suggestions that suited our needs.

The coating took a full two days to dry to walk on strength as they mentioned,  I waited an additional day to move the cars in.  The surface looks great.   The storage system is very good but you should be aware that not all slatwall mfg's products will fit other competitors hooks and sets ups.  Example Gorrilla fixtures will not fit in this brand of slatwall.  Availability of the hooks and baskets seems to be limited to the dealer and can be rather pricey.

The extra space is great, and both the salesman and installer were friendly and trustworthy. A- score for a couple of reasons:
First, the salesman provides a plan for the work, but it turns out that he doesn't locate studs or anything so it is all hypothetical until the day the installer comes. A couple of things were not as they had been explained, simply because it couldn't be done that way. It seems the salesperson could acquire the skills needed to formulate a workable plan. Secondly, we were told that we didn't need to move anything under the work area. I also offered to cover it with some old sheets, but was told the installer would do so. Since that didn't happen we ended up with quite a mess all over the boxes that were underneath the loft area.
Nevertheless, the shelves are sturdy and greatly increase our storage space.

I've used them several times and I'm always pleased with their work.

Overall Spaceman Home and Office did an outstanidng job with our master closet renovation. I recommend anyone considering a closet renovation to call Spaceman. I would use them again without a second thought. They have a great product, reasonable prices, a showroom with real materials and closet displays, and some of the best customer service I have seen with any home renovation company.
Kevin "Scott" Craig was the designer who provided an estimate for the closet recommendation. There aren't words to describe how awesome Scott is at his job. Not only did he give us a bid, he had great ideas to fit all of our closet needs. He designed our new closet during the first visit using his computer to put together a 3-D rendering of the renovation. This was fantastic because we could picture the finished product before moving forward with the job. 
All his suggestions ended up perfect! I would never imagine that I would need a valet rod, built in tie racks, and belt racks. But he could foresee exactly where they would go, and everything he suggested ended up perfect. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result.
The closet renovation took 2 days. Day 1 was demolition and painting, which cost $450 plus the cost of paint, which is very reasonable for the amount of work completed. Day 2, the Spaceman installed the new closet materials. They were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job. Our new closet is incredibly well put together, and functions perfectly to suit our needs. The materials are solid and a simple redesigna and installation of new materials made the space so much more useful for our everyday function. The closet came out exactly as Scott had designed on his computer, and we love it!!! 
When we purchased the closet, the company offerred a 15% discount, plus a $150 coupon from Angie's list to put towards our accessories. They have an excellent website that shows all the design options.
If you are even considering a closet renovation give Spaceman a call. I cannot imagine there is a better company out there for such a job!

I thought it worked out fine and I am very happy with what they installed. The guy doesn’t work there any more so the owner is responding to the former employee’s clients but he is not very nice.

We contacted Spaceman Home & Office as we were looking to convert a small bedroom into a walk in closet. Kevin Scott Craig came out and took detailed measurements and then sat down to design our closet. He was able to create a 3D rendering of the closet on the same day as his visit and was able to make a view changes and suggestions as per our needs. The price was great considering it included installation. We set up an installation date and we were contact by the office manager to re-confirm the date. The installers were so professional, they even cleaned all of the shelves with a citrus cleaner which made it smell great :) I cannot tell you how happy I am with the closet!!! It is everything I wanted and more. Everything has its own space and it is so organized and efficient. I even called them back to install the double jewelry drawer organizer. Everything from start to finish was a great experience. I would highly recommend Spaceman Home and Office. Thank you so much Kevin, Michelle and David for your professionalism, expertise and an exceptional product. Looking forward to organizing some more spaces with your company!!!

Overall everything went well and I would highly recommend SpaceMan.  We had an original install done with some issues.  My wife called the owner and he did not hesitate to take care of every issue 100%.  This company has integrity which is sometimes rare now a days.  After the 2nd install everything was perfect and we could not ask for a better quality and performance.  We want to thank David and Nicole for going above and beyond.  If anyone ever wants to have any work done in there garage, I would hire this company.
