My experience with them went well. Their cost and everything was very good, and they did a good service. They responded well. They did the job on time. They were very knowledgeable. Everything was done as expected. So, I was very pleased with it. The cost was average.

They were great. He was doing another roof on my street and he was solicited. We were out of town when he took over and it is not just around the corner. He is on the other side of town and he still accommodated us. I feel like he had to drive an hour one way to work with us. He took care of all the insurance, whatever they allotted. I felt like he went over and beyond what other solicitors could have done. He gave me recommendations on colors and it looked great. They also did a pretty good clean-up afterwards. They got there when they said they would and they finished up in one day.

It went wonderfully. They came by and we saw them putting on a roof of our neighbors house and we called and inquired and they gave us a bid. We went through with all of the paperwork. The inspector came out and once the work was done they had a professional engineer come to check the roof to make sure that everything was as it should be. They were neat and organized. They got it done in one day. They came at 6:45 and didn't leave until 8:45. They came back the next morning very early and finished it up. They did not have a problem. The owner came in and met with us to do the final paperwork. They gave us the bid and we finalized everything. He explained everything and answered every questions we had. He was available to talk to us on the phone. It was just a very pleasant experience. Once they gave us a bid, it was like three days or four days and they were ready to go. We got insurance money because we had a damage. The price was a little bit over the average, but they were quality. I mean, there were a lot of parts. We didn't upgrade our shingle. This is a shingle that was standard for Texas, but it has a copper in the shingle itself. So, you know we got a good quality shingle. They are good to deal with. There are no problems at all. They have been in business for 25 years. They knew what they had to do.

Space City Restorations was thoroughly clean on the surrounding areas down to the nails. It was Immaculate when they left. I like the work on the roof. They did a great job and they gave me a 6 year no leak warranty.

It went great. Very professional on time and the did a great job. Cleaned up well very satisfied.

Perfect.   Team appeared when promised (7:30am).  Worked until dark.   Finish and cleanup next morning.  Complete before noon.
Roofing team cleaned area as they removed roof.  No big mess sitting on the grass all day as I have seen with other roofers.
