While a little late for their visit, they gave an honest appraisal of what work needed to be done and completed the job within several days (awaiting receipt of a replacement part).

Spa Inspectors were very professional and knowledgeable. The technician came to my house, inspected the problem with the spa heater and determined that three circuit boards were burned up (maybe due to an electrical storm). We ended up replacing the pool heater (which was 8 years old). Spa Inspectors did the installation. We would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others who need pool service.

On time, conscientious. They came to look at the work before they made an estimate. Will use them again.

I was very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism but found them pricey. When I first received an estimate I was told $375.00. All I needed were two jets in my jacuzzi tub and a small piece of PVC. When the job was finished it ended up costing me over $600.00. I think this is a lot more $375.00 or even close. I paid $75.00 for PVC. Is there some kind of shortage? Next time I will get a detailed list of the estimate. At the time I just wanted to get my tub back in working order since it took them a while to find my jets and get them ordered.
