I didn't want to really say anything because I don't have anything good to say. The technician was here for 15 minutes. I don't know how you can complete that kind of work in 15 minutes. I've done pest control over the years, and they usually spend 40 minutes in the house, or half an hour making sure every milk and cranny is protected. I didn't feel that here. It was neither here nor there. It was neutral. What stood out to me was that they came and went in 15 minutes. Some people might like that, but I know better and know you're not going to be able to accomplish a good inspection or treatment in 15 minutes. The value for the price F.

Tech sprayed inside and out - went really quickly. Did not pester me for a contract which I appreciated, since I was only interested in a one-time spray to see how it goes.

The technician was not thorough in spraying the kitchen despite telling him the main problem of roaches is in the kitchen. Later that night all the roaches came out in the kitchen. I removed all the utensils from the kitchen so that the technician would adequately treat the area but he barely sprayed in the kitchen. Such a waste of my time and effort of removing things and putting them back. Worst of all the roaches are still there!

Arrived on time and told me that I didn't need any additional services.

I wouldn't use them again. I still had ants inside and they said, "We're really sorry, but we did the treatment and those kinds of little ants appear throughout the year." It was really disappointing. It was a week or two later and they didn't do anything. So I thought I won't use them again. They were on time. I didn't have any problems with the outside, just the inside. They responded, it's just that they didn't respond well when you had a problem. The guys that were here were professional, it's the people that were at the office that were not professional because they didn't do anything about the problem.

They did not meet the expectations, so I just let them go.
They came did the work for the $59, but what they promised, they did not do. They promised they would do everything in the house, in the coupon.
Once they came in, they say in order to take care of the house, I would have to pay $500 not $59. 
They did not address the problem, they just did something to cover the $59. I am not happy!

I was not there but my mother told me that the tech was there before time and handled himself very professionally. He informed her of what will need to be done in order to keep the situation from getting worst and the reps on the phone that spoke with me were very polite and informative. Yes, I would definitely hire them again.

Everything was fine but he did show up earlier than I was expecting

The tried to sell me an annual maintenance plan before they came out. The guy who sprayed seemed to be randomly spraying in various rooms, not thorough at all. We didn't really see any difference after he sprayed. When we got a follow-up call they again said their annual plan was guaranteed, but I wasn't about to do that.

Arrived as scheduled, was courteous, and explained what he would be doing and what chemicals would be used. I would use them again.
