Fantastic. The response was timely and professional. They made the grill like new again and even provided some helpful advice on cooking and upkeep. Exceptional service!

Fireplace works perfectly now. They also cleaned the inside off the glass cover with Windex - looks brand new.

First off, I did not have initial contact from this company from Angie's list but they had put a flyer on my front door. You then fill out the flyer and put it back on your door and someone comes by the next day and picks it up. The salesman who called me the next day was Seymon. He made an appointment with me the next evening and he showed up right on time. He came in and told me exactly how it would be done and showed me numerous choices for the type of log setting we could have. We chose the one we wanted and he told me that someone would call me the next day to schedule an install. They called as expected and we set the appointment for the next morning which was Saturday. The installers showed up on time and were very courteous and worked efficiently. They were also very careful about cleanliness and took of their boots when they entered my home and laid down a big blanket by the fireplace where they were working. After they installed the logs and gas line, they showed me exactly how to light it properly and safely and how to use the sediment that you can put on the logs to make them crackle like a real log. They left my home with out any mess and were done very quickly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. Thanks guys for doing everything EXACTLY like you said you would. In an age where customer service has virtually disappeared, these guys delivered.

Overall they did a nice job but there prices are expensive. They also charged a call out fee of $100 which did NOT apply the services or parts. I hope it extends the longevity of my grill. If not, ill be back with a follow up response.
Will not use again solely on the price.

.I called Southwest Light and Grill, despite reading a previous, bad review. Like the previous reviewer, I had a bit of problem getting them out. When they did arrive they were very professional, and efficient. They knew what they were doing, and brought all the parts required to clean and repair my grill. It works like new for a fraction of the cost of a new barbeque grill.
I will use them again and highly recommend them.
