The man correctly diagnosed the problem as being with the capacitor. He had the part on hand. When he replaced the part, the fan started working immediately. He did what we needed him to. It was a very positive, clean, professional, timely, and cost-effective experience. The man who came was an older guy. He has always been very decent with us. We have used him a number of times.
