Quality, reliable, reasonable and professional work. I called 4 roofing companies for an estimate on my roof due a tree falling on the house. I decided to go with a company that was cheaper than South Texas Roofing. I got what I paid for. I ended up calling Joseph and the crew months later to repair incomplete and incorrect work done by another company. Joseph explained the problem and solution before doing the wsork.

He is an expert in his field, professional, polite, responsive and a real pleasure to work with. Amazing Company. They have the knowledge and experience to fix leaks. They may have been a little late on the day of repair, which is why I rated 4.5 Stars, Just a little more communication goes a far way. But none the less they got on my roof and fixed my leak and brought to my attention more possible leaks that we also fixed. The one major key for me was that they don't do anything without showing you picture proof of their findings. Thanks for the work Guys! P.S. Next time show up on time or text and say hey running late by 25 Mins.

The work was exceptional he was on time he did my leaky roof and after a hard rain rain last night my roof did not leak into my living room I definitely but i r and recommend his services.

South Texas Roofing came to my home based on a Roof Inspection Request submitted through HomeAdvisor. I spoke by phone to one of the HomeAdvisor sales agents. I explained, I needed a roofer who could identify the problem and provide an estimate to repair roof because there were three shingles that had lifted off the decking of my roof. South Texas Roofing kept calling so I made an appointment with him. I also made appointment with another company who came the next day. South Texas Roofing advised me that they could do an inspection report for $150 which would include climbing into my attic to Inspect for water damage. I requested the inspection report to have leverage with my insurance company for roof replacement or repair. He climbed on top my roof and a few minutes later told me my roof had significant damage and cost to repair was approximately $1500 because roof ridges were in bad shape. He says he could do a Roof Tune-up for $450 and an inspection report for $150?but he ended up charging $650.00 total. He also specifically mentioned that where the cable pipes were installed, it caused the shingle to lift in that area and no one not even the biggest company could repair that. I disputed that and told him that the Cable pipe could not have caused it because the roof was laid in 2008 and the cable pipe was laid on top the shingle in 2011. When it was all said and done, I was horrified to see roof shingles stuffed with roof putty and not even nailed down. This review also includes the following: o Promised an inspection report but never delivered ? but eventually returned $150.00 o Promised they would climb into my attic to inspect for water damage?he never delivered this service. o Did not properly repair Shingle near cable pole, they instead stuffed roof putty underneath Shingle, a horrible despicable job. o Replaced shingles that were replaced two years ago; used offcolor shade; roof now looks like patchwork with a bunch of offshade shingle.

They were very friendly and professional when explaining to me how they were going to find the leak locations I had with my roof and detailed how they were going to fix it. The repair also came with warranty. Will use again.
