When he started South Belt Pest and Termite, he vowed to do service the fair and honest way. South Belt Pest and Termite will not "cut corners" in order to save time or money. We are currently remodeling our master bath and came upon wood that damaged from termites. We called Adam out to inspect the area and tell us whether or not there were active termites. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He carefully inspected the inside and outside of our house. He did not believe there were active termites but gave a very fair price if we wanted to spot treat the area for peace of mind. We did not but if we ever have any issues in the future, we will definitely call him. It was a very different experience from a big name termite company that told us we "probably did" have them and we would have to treat the entire property for $1200.

I woke to bird noises coming from the chimney. I called South Belt Pest Control, and Adam was very friendly on the phone. He arrived at my home 45 minutes later, and set the room up, so the bird would want to leave through an open door or window. Once he opened the floo, the bird flew around the house for a few minutes before Adam was able to shoo it out of the house. He then cleaned up after himself very nicely and left. The full experience was great!

They were fantastic to work with! Their initial bid was well below other quotes, and Scott (the owner, who is very polite and friendly) came out the next morning. He spent at least an hour and a half taking his time to determine that it was squirrels, not a larger animal, and also their access point. Only charged me $65 instead of the quote of around $100 since it did not involve a larger animal, despite the time he spent resolving the issue. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and highly recommend them!

They are great people. It was very good service. The guy that came out was very pleasant. We had used him before and that's why we called him back out. Both times we've used him have been for things getting in the attic. He handled it quite well and came out multiple times. He was a real pleasant young guy to deal with. We would recommend him. The price seemed pretty reasonable but we haven't used anybody else. He was professional.

When I called, I had to leave a message but got a return call within 30 mins and he came out that very day. He arrived on time for the appt, performed a detailed inspection and reviewed his findings with us in detail. We scheduled the work which was done less than a week after the first contact. He arrived on time. We could not have asked for a better experience.
