Mr. Solis responded with a day of contact, gave me a fair estimate, and answered all my questions.  When there was some puzzlement over the written estimate, he cleared it up right away (in my favor!).  
On the day of installation, he and crew were here promptly, cleaned everything up, and had it done in record time.  Moreover, Mr. Solis volunteered to come back and put a better platform under the unit for upstairs.
We seldom see this excellent level of service nowadays.

My A/C stopped cooling the house, and the first company I thought of was Solis A/C.  He had come before and kindly offered expert advice for an a/c problem I had in the past.  We needed professional help again and called Solis Heating & A/C again.
Mr. Solis reviewed the A/C system on-site and noticed the low freon level right away.  He noted also some condensation possibly coming from the coil unit and proceeded to offer options for providing optimum cooling for the age of my current system.  This very knowledgeable and trustworthy licensed professsional provided a 3-option estimate for me to repair the system, to replace the system parts at different times, or to replace the system altogether.
Solis Air Conditioning came highly recommended by two trustworthy gentlemen who understood that I would only trust professional Christian help.  When I came to meet him at the house, he was waiting in his truck reading his Bible -- the Christian part.  And he patiently and completely answered all my questions, offered even more pertinent information, and offered several alternatives with my best interest in mind  -- the professional part.
