From start to finish, I've had great experiences. They are always on time and professional. Very knowledgeable and affordable prices. I've used them for multiple needs - changing a fan, replacing kitchen light, pigtail from aluminum to copper, troubleshooting and switching out outlets/switches.

SNR Electrical Services LLC is owned and operated by Maurcio and Juana Flores. We engaged SNR again recently to replace our outdoor breaker box and install outside light fixtures all around. The required city permit was promptly obtained and e-mailed to us. At the start of work, Mr. Flores provided excellent advice regarding types of front porch lights to purchase (and not to purchase), advice which will be of long-term benefit. During final inspection of the work, we discovered a latent wiring problem, wholly unrelated to any of the work done, which caused repeated tripping of a circuit breaker. Mr. Flores brought two additional crew members over to assist in diagnosis of what turned out to be a very difficult wiring problem, which was ultimately corrected. We had previously (a year ago) had SNR install LED lights in our kitchen and laundry room. On that occasion we again benefitted from Mr. Flores’ advice regarding fixtures and installation. Our positive experience on this occasion was the reason we engaged SNR for the major project described above. Estimates and invoices were promptly provided and we were at all times advised of progress and timing. Our experience with SNR has been outstanding and deserving of highest compliments.

I am SO happy to have found S.N.R. Electrical Services to do the electrical work around my home (an old condo)! Jovani installed a new ceiling fan in one room and a new light fixture in another. He was very proficient and courteous. After the installation of the ceiling fan, he vacuumed and even had cleaning cloths to remove any fingerprints left on the ceiling fan blades! Amazing! When I called to make the appointment, I spoke with Marisio, the owner of the company. He gave me a good estimate and scheduled the appointment. I could not ask for any better all-round service. Maricio and two helpers came to my house to install smart light switches. After 5 hours they could not figure out how to make them work. They gave up and put the old switches back...however they did not connect the wires to the switches and the lights did not work. No big deal...they promised to come back and fix everything. After that Maricio would not return my calls so I made an appointment with the lady in the office for them to come fix the light switches. Nobody ever showed up or called to explain. After that the office would not answer the phone when I called. I had to hire another electrician to come out and fix the damage they did to my house. I would not hire SNR Electric! They don't know what they are not very knowledgeable, they don't stand behind their work and they are not good/honest people to work with. PS - The new electrician knew exactly how to install the smart switches.

Upon arrival you had purchased smart lights switches to replace your regular switches. As mentioned to you per code those switches could not be installed. Please refer to code in artical 314.16 Outlet, Device, Pull, and Junction Boxes; Conduit Bodies; Fittings; and Handhole Enclosures will mention why it could not be done. I'm glad to hear you had them installed; however, I do hope it was up to code. Best of luck to you sir and we apologize again that we did not meet your needs."

The electricians came in time and did a quality work. We was called half an hour before they arrived. They were very polite and cleaned after themselves. The price was reasonable and the communication with the office was easy.

well if i say that he did a wonderful job, that would be an understatement. He is very honest, professional and trustworthy. After several quote with outrage prices, he came in took photos and explained the job i needed while showing me the photos. Once the contract was signed he started right away. He kept me involved during the whole process. I would hire over again and again
