Servando worked with scheduling around my time and the weather very well. The crews worked very hard constantly to complete the tasks and cleaned up each day. I will be hiring them in the future for additional trimming.

It went exceedingly well. Unfortunately one of the crew had been injured so my twelve man hours was completed by two very competent men working a full six hours together. They arrived promptly, Mr. Martinez had been out in advance to view the work that I wanted and to prioritize it. They got right to work, worked diligently, and cleaned up, hauling away the trees and branches, leaving the area immaculate. I was impressed..

He was prompt in showing up to estimate the job but I put off ordering the service when confronted by such a large additional charge (and Christmas was right around the corner). He told me he would get back in touch after the holidays, but I have never heard from him since the initial meeting. I was VERY disappointed to find out how much additional would be charged and that my Groupon was essentially worthless in paying for his services.

Mr. Martinez and his crew showed up on time and worked very hard to get all the trees trimmed and thinned out. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them.

It went very well, they were very polite and prompt. I had just on little issue that I had asked to have neighbors tree trimmed that was overhanging my roof and this was not completed.

Salvatore called to cancel the first appointment due to rain which pushed prior appointments back a week. After re-scheduling the first appointment, he called to cancel the second appointment due to his truck not starting. The appointment was re-scheduled (again). He called again the day of the appointment to inform me that his 3-man crew would only be a 2-man crew because one of his workers did not show for work. Therefore, he would need to come back the next day to complete the 24 hrs per the contract. He called the next day to say that the mother his helper had passed away and that he would not be able to come out, but would come out the following day. He showed up the following day to finish the job. My neighbor was very unhappy because he placed the cut tree debris on his yard instead of my yard. Some things a person should just know not to do.

They did a fine job. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

They worked all day. They took one tree down and trimmed the rest. I watched them work and it was amazing. They climbed up into the taller trees to trim the limbs. The yard was spotless when they left, too! I would highly recommend them. I even plan to have them come out again in the future.

The deal didn't cover all my trees, so I paid extra to have more work done. In all, the trees looked nice when they were done.

I bought a Angie's List Deal for 2 professionals for 1/2 day to trim trees. Servando contacted me promptly and came out to assess the trees we wanted trimmed. We had delays getting the job done because of rains and getting a diagnosis for two of our trees that were diseased. We wound up having 2 large live oaks diagnosed/trimmed/treated by a certified arborist, and Servando and his associate trimmed the other two water oaks. He was very accommodating and touched base regularly with us. They did a very good job and hauled off the debris. I would not hesitate to recommend him and plan to use him again in the future.
