I usually drive around the neighborhood to inspect the roof at least once per month. And I noticed that the resealing work is very noticeable! In do time I will have them upgrade the roof! SmartHomes Remodeling is a top notch company and very customer oriented with an amazing contact, Franklin Laya. Franklin came to give us a quote for a brand new roof and He was not the first quote we received. We had two others from companies who offered to help us and meet our needs but they didn’t come close to offering what we really appreciated-a down to earth approach and an honest answer on cost and repairs and with a sense of urgency and care. Franklin answered all of our questions without hesitation and with honesty. And when the roofing repair team showed up at our door at 6:45am, sharp the next day, we were not surprised. Franklin delivered on his promise and with an incredible job to prove it! Our new roof is BEAUTIFUL! Every detail was attended to and with such specialized craftsmanship. They completed our roof within 24 hours and we have a unique roof in that there are many A-lines and curvatures that aren’t easy to manipulate and detail, yet all were managed with precision and care. And we appreciated that Franklin and his father were at our house throughout the entire process, overseeing the team and making sure every detail was perfect. They knocked it out of the park, on every level, with customer service being their first priority. We plan on using SmartHomes again for our fence replacement and also some other remodeling tasks as well. Amazing team!! Thank you, thank you!!

I met with Franklin at his office and we reviewed the bid, ending up with an excellent choice focused on both cost and quality. My roof replacement was scheduled for the following week. Franklin Laya and the Crew came to make the Repairs on a Holiday (Labor Day) which I was not expecting. I did end up having more work done than I intended, but that was because I pointed other things and asked questions about things I noticed. That did not look right or I felt was not working properly. Franklin listened then explained why something was not working as it should be or just completely missing. So I agreed to have the issues corrected. Franklin and his crew was very Professional. The work was completed in the amount of time he quoted or less, and he made sure everything was done correctly.

During the job, the crew kept clean and organized all my property.
