Simply Beautiful Flowers

After having the florist confirm delivery earlier in the day, my wife's Valentine's Day flowers were never delivered on Valentine's Day. By the time that the owner got on the phone and apologized, it was too late to deliver them. He asssured me that he would have them delivered the next day and they would be "wow". The arrange was nice, but not "wow" and in the end, there was no excuse for missing the big day. I was still charged the Valentine's Day pricing for delivery the next day. I will not use this florist again.

My wife called me about 4 PM to say see got the flowers and she loved them (and me).

The flowers were delivered by 2:00 PM.  They look like 4 day old roses that someone pulled out of the trash and put in a vase.  Every single one was already fully opened, and most were starting to droop.  Very disappointed.  I wish there was a way to attach a photo.  These are the worst looking roses my wife has received in 35 years!  I will never use them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone. 

The person who answered the phone could not answer simple questions without putting me on hold to check with someone else.  While the arrangement was pretty ans stayed within my requirements of only red or white flowers and not filled with carnations, I saw the arrangement the day after delivery (on the day of the funeral) and the white roses were already wilting.  The flowers were on display in an air conditioned room at the funeral home.  I expected them to look fresher.  Since my mom has worked for a florist for many years, I can recognize old flowers when I see them.  It was a disappointment.

When I was notified that my aunt passed away and I knew I could not travel to Conroe to attend the funeral, I wanted to send flowers, but I did not have a florist to call.  So, I immediately turned to Angie's List, which was such a wonderful experience.  With their perfect Angie's List feedback, I immediately called SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS.  Veronica was so helpful in making sure I got just what I wanted.  While speaking with her on the telephone, I went to their website, and was able to see samples.  Then I spoke with Alex, the owner/designer, and found him to also be so comforting and wanting to create a gorgeous spray to send.  And, since I could not attend the funeral, I was sent a picture of the spray, and I was so pleased, as I knew I would be, because Alex had assured me the spray would be beautiful.   In fact, the spray was 'EXCEPTIONAL.'   The esperance roses and lily combination was breathtaking--far more beautiful than I could ever have imagined.  I highly recommend SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS, because besides being very creative and providing beautiful flowers, they are so compassionate and desire to go above and beyond to please you.  Thanks so much Alex and Veronica.

The flowers he delivered were beautiful and as described.  My wife ordered the flowers at about 11:00AM  and asked him to deliver them on the same day.  He said that the traffic was too bad for same day delivery, but delivered them the following day.
The recipient was very pleased.

Everything went fine. The only thing I would recommend is that they take my email and let me know when the flowers were delivered. I had to call back for that information; which is not that big of a deal. It is nice to know that something has been received by the intended person.

I told my barely-employeed son that I'd pick up the tab for his prom date's corsage, but when we started calling Sugar Land florists, most were asking $50 for a pretty basic wristlet corsage. Finally, I remembered I had access to Angie's List. So, I had to drive an extra 5 miles to get to this Memorial Drive florist; it was well worth that in my satisfaction with thier work and their price!
That standard corsage I'd phoned 3 Sugar Land florists about had 3 white orchids on it. Simply Beautiful composed this one with 7! and although they couldn't provide me with support flowers in blue, they used the blue ribbon very artfully to create a very lovely corsage. We couldn't have been happier.

My experience with them was great.  The flowers were absolutely tremendous.  Their price was average.  The arrangement was breathtaking.  My wife thoroughly enjoyed the arrangement.

I went to the florist desperate for a corsage within an hour.  They told me to come back in 30 minutes and they had a beautiful corsage.  They did this for me while preparing flowers for a wedding (and the flowers were GORgeous!).  I have a new florist.  I won't go anywhere else.  They were so nice, friendly and obviously talented.

Very professional service. The images of bouquets were clear and I knew what I was purchasing. An email appeared immediately after I confirmed the order, and the flowers were delivered on the date promised.

They flowers were beautiful. The owner tried really hard to supply me with flowers that were not in season. When he came to deliver the flowers, he noticed that something was not right. He took them back and rearranged them and was able to get them back before the ceremony began. He insisted on doing this, I think that went above and beyond our expectations. The prices were reasonable as well. I had to change my order a few times and he was very accommodating.
