Appliance Repair
Silver Tip Marketing is the representative for Environmental Water Systems. They were supposed to repair the water softener, which could not be repaired. We had a warranty on it and it was just installed, but they wouldn't honor the warranty. So we bought a house filter through Silver Tip Marketing and had to pay the plumber to install all the plumbing. The water softener cost us twenty five hundred dollars, and the house filter cost twenty five hundred dollars, and the plumber's fees were eight hundred dollars. The marketing representative was very hard to get a hold of, but he finally returned my call.
