When my husband and I first pulled up to their location off of the beltway, I was impressed by the selection of granite in their granite yard.  But when you entered their office, the place was a mess.  There were toys everywhere in the lobby (for their son), and paperwork scattered all over the counters.  
There was one guy working the entire place on a Saturday afternoon.  I had waited about 15 minutes until I was finally acknowledged.  I told him we were interested in only doing a small project, and we would just pick from the granite remnants.  I asked him for a ballpark price, and his numbers ranged from $8-$15/sq ft for the granite and additional $20-25/sq ft for fabrication (they do not do installation for small jobs).  I asked if he could give us a better estimate if we picked out the exact pieces we wanted, and he said "for sure". 
So I went back outside, and we picked out two partial slabs from their remnants section.  We went back inside and had to wait again to speak to the guy.  The wife of the guy attempted to help us, so we took her outside to show her which pieces we had picked out.  When we returned inside, we had to wait for her husband to give us the quote.  When the guy was finally free to speak to us, he couldn't give us an estimate on the spot; therefore, he took down our contact information and the countertop dimensions.  He said he would call us the following Monday (we came in on Saturday), but we never heard back from them.

They completed the work but were hired through the contractor. The job turned out okay but the granite had some defects and they did not fix them. We contacted them about the defects but the contractor told us they were not going to fix them. They were responsive and punctual.

I liked everything about this project from the price, to the material, to the finished product. It was a marvelous contract job and the pricing was competitive.

We checked Angie's List for references of a granite yard in our area and decided on this company. Their selection was extensive and the sales people and staff were all helpful and knowledgable. We selected both a grantie slab and sink with a request for both to be installed. A tech was out in a couple of days to take the necessary measurments. Installation was completed within a week of the measurments. The team of installers than came were knowledgable and cleaned up everything really well before leaving. This was a really good experience for us. Just so you know I did the follow up on both inquiring on when measurements would be taken and when installation would take place which was no big deal to us.

This place is one where you can actually purchase the stone slab and talk to the people who will be doing the fabrication and installation all at the same time. Because they do their own fabrication, they have remnant pieces you can shop through to (hopefully) find one you want to use for a small vanity without having to pay extra for wastage or even buy a whole slab/use the same color everywhere in the house. They have a great selection of slabs to view, and let us bring back small pieces to examine the coloration in our own home with the lighting we actually have. They have a nice website and you can upload floor plans or diagrams for them to generate an accurate quote. The sales staff at their location are pleasant to deal with and I their prices were the best I've come across. I plan on using them when we are ready to start the upgrade because of their superior prices.

Very wonderful experience from selecting the stone to the purchase to the installation. The company is very good about educating first time buyers of granite. As it was a small job we selected a left over piece of granite which was fine as there was a huge selection. Installation was about 10 days after purchase. We are planning to have them do our kitchen and master bath later this year. Nice employees - both in the yard and the installers. They cleaned up everything before they left.

Shenoy Stone USA provided quality top notch work. They went the extra mile to ensure that our cupboards would withstand the weight of the granite by custom creating a webbing. I was impressed with that. They had all of the proper tools for the job. They were knowledgeable.
