Marlene was awesome she was able to consult me on the perfect floors for selling my house while holding the value of the sales price. Shans team was on time and finished on time and everything was done very professionally. I highly recommend this company and especially Marlene!

Ms. Marlene Brink brought samples and help us in selection process. Price quoted was reasonable. they worked for todays and completed work. She came to inspect the installation work in progress. Left the job clean. Installation on stair steps is tight and looks good. I will call them again.

We purchased STain Master carpet with a 25 year warranty and a moisture barrier pad through Shan's Carpet in June 2013 and they also did the installation. Within the first 30 days we complained to Sam about how the carpet was peeling off, balling up and compressing abnormally. He told us not to worry about it and that it was due to it being new carpet and to give it 90 days. We called back again at 90 days and many times thereafter complaining about how the carpet was wearing and not holding up. We vacuum our carpet twice weekly, we steam clean it and have also had it professionally cleaned and it still has not helped. We have continually communicated this to Sam over the last 1.5 years. Sam contacted the manufacturer of the carpet and they inspected the carpet on 12/11/14 and said there were packing and compression issues and that they did not see a manufactuer defect. However, as we had told the inspector and Sam, the carpet is less than 2 years old and it looks like it is 10 years old in our traffic areas. There are 2 people that live in our house that work during the day and there are no pets on the carpet. We do not wear shoes on the carpet and the only places where the carpet does not look like it is 10 years old is under the bed, under furniture and on the sides of the master bed where there are area rugs. WE only have carpeting in 3 rooms. The rest of our rooms have tile. The carpet should not be compressing the way that it is and it should not look 10 years old when it is less than 2 years old. We purchased this carpet and did so through Shan's because of the warranty we were told about and because we were told that they stood behind their products. Neither of those things have occured. We paid thousands of dollars for this carpet and it looks awful after 1. 5 years. I could understand the carpet looking the way that it does if it was older, if it was not cared for, if we wore shoes, if there were 8 kids living in the house and walking all day long on the carpet. Shan's is not standing behind its product and it falsely adversised.

Their services have gone well. They are very quick to respond and easy to schedule. They do the work in a timely manner. The technicians do good work and know exactly what they are doing. They have done carpeting for the entire house as well as just just a few rooms in other houses.

They are ( Audio 5:16). They quote me 1500$ on carpet for a home. The following day, the manager told me that they didn't measured my house right and it's gonna be like 300$ more than that but the measurements that the guy given me the first day and the guy that called back the second day were the same. They just decided the they quoted too low of a price. I met them in the middle and it was Christmas so I was out of town when the work was actually done. When I got home, I go to walk through my house and the carpet was horribly put in, it's not stretched well. There were pieces of it that are not even cut. There were scratches on freshly painted wall and they put doorknobs in to 3 or 4 different places. The worst of all is the workers used the toilet that was not even set upstairs so the water from the toilet flooded brand new tile floors ran through the ceiling down the garage below and it cost me about extra 1500$ to repair the damage that they did.

Talked to one guy for estimate that was about 250 dollars less than the second time we went in and was told that they'd be able to put some sort of border at the transitions from carpet to other floors. Went in to buy carpet, gave measurements. Installers showed up, and stated that they'd call me 30 minutes before they were done. I got the phone call that they were done, when i got to the house, they were already gone. I did not have them do the closets except for the master, if they could. where the carpets stopped for the closet, it was just loose. the vanity area of my bathroom where might it meets my bedroom was not done com instead of doing that area, they did my daughters 2 closets instead. I called the store to let them know, they made it sound like it was all my fault. they made me pay another 130 dollars for the installer to come back out and do the rest of the carpet. By that time, I was that up and just had them do the closets anyway. I felt like that is why the closets were left loose like that anyway. I was also told, did they use something called a Z strip instead of any kind of transition from the carpet to the other flooring. what I do know, is they when I step on the edge of my carpet, I get stabbed in the foot. I checked that I would use this company again, but ONLY if I was doing the entire house, with no customization AT all. other companies I had called, have offered to send out somebody to do the measurements for a quote. This was not the option here.

They didn't install any tile in the closet in the bathroom for us. He made us prepay him before he installed the floor in the living room. The people he sent out didn't speak any English.
