Shannon's Auto Cleaning

Buffed the car while it was dirty. Left hairline scratches in the paint. Also noticed other vehicles being buffed dirty. If done correctly, wash and clay bar should be performed first. Unbelievable that these guys buff cars without washing them first.

My attempts to obtain a refund was without success. Angie's list failed to provide me a satisfactory solution. Angie's list is no better than Groupon and plan on using their competitor in the future. Dump your stock in Angie's list if you have it.....they are probably gonna go belly up

The team did a great job. They were able to buff out some light scratches, and the finish looks brand new, again.

I visited with the owner, Shannon (a guy), the day before to make sure this is where I wanted to go. He met me at the door and was very approachable and agreed to allow me be the first customer the next morning. I arrived a few minutes early and his staff were already there waiting for me. They did a fantastic job and I did not feel in the least way rushed, pressured to upsell or any other negative feelings. He and I talked one to one while the car was being completed and his staff waited for me to inspect and approve their work before charging me. I will go back and I recommend this place to you all.

Others have mentioned not being in the best part of town or a fancy shop and that is true, but what would you rather pay for - a fancy lobby and latte or a good job done on your car? Just plan to leave it for the day so he has time to do it right. My main reason for getting a detail was some hard water stains that required a detail to get out. His quote was the same as other places. At pickup he mentioned that the normal remover didn't get it off all things and he would try another remover for free the next week. This did do the job and I would highly recommend

They did a great job at detailing my daughter's 15 yr. old car. Mr. Shannon was flexible about when I could bring the car in and he came to pick me up when it was done. I plan to take my car in after the first of the year.

I have used Shannon's before. I went to him last year and loved the work done that I returned again today. This is a family business and I worked with the sister this time. She was very nice and attentive. Your car does leave looking brand new. Please believe me, my car looked a mess, and it left looking just lovely. I had some brown stains on my chairs that my children swear they did not do. :) Those stains are gone and my carpets look great. Stains on the door handles are gone. Give them a try and you will like them. I have always called before I drop off and plan on leaving it for the day. This will allow for proper drying and it allows plenty of time for them to do their thing. They hit every nook and crany so I allow time for that.

Visited Shannon's Auto cleaning in June 29, 2013 were a bad experience. I took my vehicle for a complete detailing. When we arrived to the shop. looked very unprofessional. Met the owner and tell him what needed to done on my vehicle (complete detailing on exterior and interior). We left the vehicle there. Approximately 1130 AM and went out for a afternoon lunch. Approx. about 1.5-2 hours I decided to give the Shannon's shop a call and see if my vehicle ready for pick up. Left a message. Approx. another 2 hours later ( no call return) we decided go back to Shannon's auto cleaning shop and check it out ourselves. My vehicle were still parked as the same spot since this AM. Of course the owner were no where found. We spoke with the owner sister. She stated, we are very busy today and will get to your vehicle next. We simple asked. Where were the owner? She stated, he is out and picking up another vehicle. Lack of quality and services were horrible. Outraged. Responsiveness were extremely bad and the detailing were extreme lousy. I am completely outraged and veryunsatisfied the quality work performed on my vehicle. I would not recommended. Beware. Bad experience.

This was a great shop to work with. I was a nervous wreck because my husband is so particular about I car. I have only driven it a handful of time since he owned it. He has talked about having it detailed for a few years and I wanted to surprise him for Father's Day. It was so worth it. They did a great job and my husband was very pleased.

I drove all the way from Katy to the Heights to have a complete detailing of my SUV completed. I had not had this type of servie done on the car and was determined to have a hand wash and wax done, as the paint looked quite dull on my 2004 Lexus GX 450 SUV.
I arrived at lunchtime and was greeted by the fellow who did the work on the car- her gave me the options and provided information on the complete detailing package. It was a bit pricey and more than I expected to pay, but since it included so many services- hand wash and wax, armoral, tire dressing,interior shampoo, headliner shampoo, leather reconditioning and steam cleaning the engine- I decided to have the works.
They said they would start immediately and it would take about two hours. I went to lunch and returned after the stated time- they were still working, but almost done. By this time, Mr Shannon had returned and he greeted me and thanked me for my business. The work was excellent and the staff was very friendly and concerned that I would be please. My car looks new again and they were able to get several stains out of the leather interior.
I would definitely make the trip again.

The service was fast. The people were friendly and courteous. We also had the car detailed while it was there.

Although it was a bit of a drive to get to Shannon's Auto Cleaning in the Heights, I had gotten 2 other estimates and talked to other detailers who either didn't think the paint on my car could be brought back to a shine to someone who I got the feeling just wanted my business.
I bought my car, a 2007 Camry, when it was a and quot;re-saleand quot; and after a few years, it needed some serious work to remove some grayish spots all over the roof, front and back hoods and blackish spots all over the bumper from taking it through an automatic car wash. I had been told by another business they didn't think they could bring back much of a shine. Mr. Shannon promised that he could.
Mr. Shannon was very friendly and said the job would take about 2 1 /2 hours; so my daughter and I went out to eat, He told us where to go and what kinds of food we could find in that area. When we came back the roof hood and bumper looked clean and shiny. It was amazing what a great job they did. The inside of the car was also spotless, including the trunk. They asked us to look the car over for any spots we still saw and we both walked around and pointed out little smudges which they promptly polished up so more. On one spot Mr. Shannon told his helper to put more wax on it and he did, along with some and quot;elbow greaseand quot;. I know they worked very had to make it look great and I couldn't be happier. Since it has to sit in a hot parking lot all day while I'm at work and it had never been hand waxed and polished, Mr. Shannon said I should bring it back in a month for more wax just on the roof to protect it from the hot Texas summer sun for a small fee.(about $30-$40) which makes sense.
I would highly recommend Mr. Shannon (Malcolm) and his team again.

Excellent service. I called ahead and Malcolm met me when I drove in and let me know that they would be able to get most of the
the stains out of the upholstery. They were able to get my vehicle in right away and I waited while they completed the job.

I called the shop a little before they opened and the owner called me back a few mins later. I discussed with him my issues with the vehicle that I had and asked for a rough estimate of the cost and hours for the work I requested. I met him at the shop and he was real friendly and seemed honest. We went through my vehicle and all the issues we discussed and after talking the final price and the time for the work was pretty much the estimate he gave me on the phone.
There were a few rough parts with my vehicle that a detailing shop couldn't do but he did lead me in the right direction. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family.
