replaced a breaker and sealed around an outdoor light

This company bid on this job. After completion the invoice was twice the amount of the bid, and no notice was given that the job would run over time and materials. When we told the company owner that the two technicians spent nearly an hour sitting in their truck checking their phones, he lowered the bill amount but it still is over the amount quoted. Buyer beware - find another electrician.
