I called the company and was told they were busy the week I needed but could send his brother Jesus who also has a company. Jesus called several times for directions and was late. Regardless I decided to give him a chance, once here he gave me an estimate and we scheduled a date. Jesus came back and made the repairs and then started on sanding the front door. After the sanding, they started with the staining and then painting the door. Not sure what the process is to painting a door to look like a stain but when I complained, he explained that it would look different once it was completed. I was hesistant but figured he knew what he was talking about. Once the door was completely dry, I could see paint strokes, darker strokes than others, and air bubbles. Jesus explained that it was the best they could do with this door since it was old, "wish he would have said this before painting". I called Jesus to complain and he never returned my call, so then called Sergio and complained, he was very nice and courteous and sent Jesus back the next day. Jesus sanded some of the air bubbles but insisted there was not more that could be done. By this time I was done with this company Jesus company and Sergio's referral; and since I had a newborn I just wanted the fumes to stop and for them to leave. I realize that Sergio's company did not perform the work but it was his referral and he should be more careful as to who he is vouching for.

Sergio return our call quickly. However, it took a couple of weeks for our job to get done due to the storms we have had in the past few weeks and they were backed up on work. He was totally up front about this. A special effort was made to do our fence repairs on a Saturday so we could be here.

Sergio (and his brother Jesus) were excellent. Professional, timely, kept in touch by phone. They were very responsive to extra requests while they were here. The workmanship is excellent and their whole crew very professional. We could not have been happier!
