He started calling us every other day asking for money to perform the services that he stated in the contract were not to be paid until the job was complete. For example: $ 600 for a dumpster $7000 for the foundation $4000 for labor $3000 for machinery & material The handy man, Michael Moore BDA Senee' Homes, Inc demanded and collected from us approx.$16,000 in cash within the first month of service. He demolished the home, leaving the exterior walls & supporting beams. He laid the foundation & hauled off most of the debris. That was all he did in 3 months of nickel & diming us. We continued to ask for a copy of his license and building permits but he would never provide them. We hired someone to oversee his work & provide bids to compare with what he was asking for then he walked off the job and refused to continue to work. He is dishonest, unlicensed, unprofessional and a crook.
