I've used Semarck for more than 9 years for regular spraying - they're reliable, professional and oh-so-easy to deal with. When a problem in a neighbor's yard led to rats (ugh!) in MY yard, the office staff were very helpful and quick to get someone out here. Chris does a great job - it's not surprising they do so many homes in our neighborhood. Highly recommended.

They do a great job. Always punctual, professional and knowledgeable. We have a annual account for termite checks. Recently bought the house, and they were servicing the previous owners also. Have them spraying for indoor insects also ($86.06 a visit every quarter). And we did have rodents in garage, which are now all gone.

I thought everything was fine for years, but then suspected the work wasn't actually being done regarding the rodent control so checked the boxes after they came and confirmed that they had not replaced the bait--but had billed me. The owner's response was less than reassuring; I felt they discounted my experience by keeping the employee and not expaining why. Worried that might have been an accepted way of doing business so got a new company...

I contacted the office got a $quote and agreed on a time. Representative came over at the agreed time and proceeded to provide the agreed service inside and outside the house. The whole process was smooth and easy. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Semark does a really good job. We have used them now for about a year. They are on time and get the job done. We have not had a problem with insects since we have used their services.

I live in a block of four town-homes, and Semarck arranged a group rate to come out and spray all four homes at the same time. They were also very flexible with us. We had one neighbor stay at home with keys to all four homes, and they were amenable to that situation.

Semarck took my call quickly and stopped by to give me an estimate. The prices were very good, and the technician explained how the chemical should be changed periodically, so the bugs won't get immune to it. The treatment was scheduled on the spot, and the exterminator was well prepared. He did a great job killing the bugs. He's always on time, and I've been using him for fifteen years.
