When it was my turn to go in, the Opthomologist just nodded at me to come with him. He was busy looking down at his notes or his phone - I'm not sure. His office is small and cramped, It has a red couch. Those things didn't bother me as much as feeling uncomfortable with the equipment since it hadn't been wiped down. He also made me feel invisible. He didn't explain anything and I had to ask what he meant or what he wanted me to do. Very unprofessional. When he gave me my contacts, he wrote on each wrapper with a black marker, so when I went to open each one, the marker got all over my fingers. I had to ask him 2 times what my prescription was and I never got a straight answer. Only when I went to the Sears optical center, did I understand my prescription. After the exam, he rudely asked me how I was going to pay. This was a very bad experience for me and I do NOT recommend anyone go there for an eye exam. I had to go somewhere else for an accurate prescription.
