We've used SEA twice; once for repairs and this year to replace our entire backyard fence. They were extremely good in their work quality, and keeping us posted on how the job was going. There were a few road bumps (bad weather, nosy neighbors, and poorly marked power lines), but they handled it all professionally. I'd highly recommend them for fence replacement. I don't go with the "low bidder' as the quality usually suffers- these folks were worth the money paid.

The project was completed in a very professional manner. The final results were exceptional with the highest quality you could hope for. I will hire them in the future and will highly recommend SEA Services Unlimited to friends and neighbors.

The work is top notch. We needed one side of our wood fence replaced along with a poorly installed post from a repair our neighbor did. My husbandâ s very particular about things being square, plumb, etc. and he was very happy with their work. They also prepped, primed and painted a section of metal fence that runs between our garage and house with a gate in it, and it looks better than when it was first installed. We will be calling them when we have future projects.

I have used SEA Services on multiple occasions - from having my hot water heater replaced (in attic on 2nd floor), to smaller projects around the house. Every time I hire them, they show up on time, are professional and friendly to work with, and do the work in the timeframe discussed within the scope of the project. I already have them scheduled to come out again to add a ceiling fan to our outdoor patio. They are absolutely my go-to for all of my projects. Highly recommend!!!

I do not recommend SEA Services for any remodeling projects. Lack of knowledge, organization, tools, and experience led them to scratch up all my shiny glass tiles by them using the wrong grout for glass tiles. The project was left unfinished, horrible grout job, crooked tiles, missing grout and caulk throughout my standard bathroom remodel. Nothing was sealed properly, not even the flooring, they just nailed some trim to the trim missed a whole section under the vanity and called it done. They demanded payment before I saw the finished project, not to mention added another $1100 to the bill and never mentioned we were going over the max estimate. And now they are threatening to put a lien on my house? Stay away from these people, Not to mention they stole tiles from me and returned them to the store for a store credit. I warned you...

Quick & professional with good customer service and pricing. They replaced my heavy backdoor gate that had bent hinges with their made to order lightweight gate. This 86 year old will definitely be calling back for any future handyman jobs! Highly recommended.

SEA came out to look at my gate repair project, proposed a cost effective solution and gave me a fair-priced bid. They did the work in one day and the gate works fine and looks good. Another contractor bid this small project with a bid that was 10x as high, evidently thinking that they could rip me off. So glad I found SEA Services. I would definitely use them again.
