From beginning to finish, it was a disaster. The first window that I was interested in replacing in our bathroom, I was told I would have to hire someone else to remove the window myself, then have it measured to begin the design process, during which I would have a piece of plywood in place. Part of the reason I had gone with this company in the first place was the idea that it would be a start-to-finish process but that wasn't the case. Given that I was told the estimated time would be 6-8 weeks I passed on that window being completed.
I went ahead with plans to replace the glass in 2 smaller windows, in the laundry room and another bathroom. Even though dimensions were taken the same day the initial visit took place, the estimate went from $1500 to $2000 when I told them one of the designs didn't match what we talked about.
They originally came out the 1st week of December to talk design; by the 3rd week I had given them a 50% deposit, picked out the specific colors for the design, etc and was told it would be 6-8 weeks when the glass was installed. Not even close on the date, and I never was given any explanation as to why they were so far behind.
After 9 weeks had passed, I started calling; I lost track of how many phone calls I made just to get the appointment made for the installers but they did come out finally March 11th. After one window was successfully installed and the existing glass was removed for the other - only then did they notice the double-paned glass wasn't sealed. Seriously? Not at the shop? Not before it was brought to my house? Not before my existing glass was removed and destroyed? I was told it was a quick fix and they would be back before a week passed.
I started calling again on the 4th day. The same process of endless phone calls that weren't returned until finally on the 8th day I was contacted; they would be here the following day. Now this piece of glass had all of 6 pieces of glass that had any color in it. There were literally 6 areas that needed to have the right glass put in correctly. The stained glass didn't even match the CAD drawing I had signed off on.
By now they had gone over budget, were so far behind the original schedule, were on the verge of a 3rd visit just to install the glass in one window. I told them forget it - we would part ways here. They put back in a single pane of glass and left. We talked about the invoice; Mike said his company owed me $30 back and he would have a check sent out. No surprise, no check has been received.
We've had a lot of work done at our house over the years all from licensed professionals. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I talked to a number of people at the company during the 4 months it took to get one 2x2 window installed; while polite on the phone and in person, the professionalism in timeliness to reply to phone calls, to complete the work, to doing the work correctly did not meet even minimum standards.

From the first phone call to the final installation these were some of the nicest, most helpful, professional people I have ever worked with. My quest for these windows started with an internet request for an estimate. I received a call within hours and a general overview of the cost from the main office in Colorado. Their local representative met with us, helping us to decide on a custom plan for our 3 transom windows. She was prompt, knowledgable and talented. A change was necessary, as a pattern of beveled glass was no longer available and I was notified quickly by the head office and a lovely substitute was found. The installer came to our home to take exact measurements and then our custom windows were created. The scheduling was always at our convenience, as we lived out of town, and everyone was on time or called, if delayed. Once the windows were ready, our installer returned and placed the windows in our room. They look gorgeous and like they have always been there. Everyone who sees our windows is amazed at how wonderful they look and how well they go with our front door and other decor. This is a great company to work with!!!!!!

Company replied promptly to my email, discussed my project, gave me an idea of what the price range could be and arranged for their designer to visit. Aimee was a great help and worked with us and our decor. After some small changes we received the final plan and price. The work was completed earlier than expected and at all stages the people arrived when they said they would.

Overall it went well. They provided good design ideas and lots of samples. The rep that we worked with had a hard time being punctual for the appointments, but did fine otherwise. The windows seemed a bit pricey, but they are custom made stained glass and they do look great. They let a lot of light in and obscure the view for people standing outside the front door (what we wanted). Very satisfied with their product and work and will use them again should we add more stained glass.

We're more than happy. We're going to use them again for the small windows on either side of our front door.

I was given a 5 week delivery and it was really and installed in only 3 weeks. I noticed the window had slipped some and I called my representative and the installer was back to my house in only two hours and reset it. It is fine now. Excellent quick response. Everyone who sees the window goes on and on about its beauty.

A representative met with us in our home and helped us select a design. She took measurements, drew it, and gave us an estimate at that same meeting. The builder also came out to measure and had the window ready sooner than we expected. The builder did the installation as well and we were very pleased with the final product.

We wanted stain glass in the front door so people could not see in our house when we are away. The looks of the new window enhances the front hallway with beige and a light red color, especially when sun shines through it. The glass was very expensive, but worth it. The glass was selected with help from them to better match the room and door it would be in. The job only took one hour to complete, and the fit is very solid. They had an excellent attitude while at our house and didn't leave any mess.
