Window Treatment Service
Initial measurements went OK. When the shutters were delivered, there were several that did not fit properly. There were also some that were not properly stained to match. Also, some of the louvers on the shutters broke almost immediately. A shutter for a casement window was designed in such a way that it completely blocked the crank to open the window. Getting these issues resolved was quite difficult. The sales agent actually lied to us on several occasions. Service was unresponsive and uncaring. We still are having continual problems with louvers breaking.
