Told him to give a quote and he started negotiating. Came down to $180 for the entire service.
I wanted the job completed. I would have to spend time getting other provider. But was not sure of the rollers were bad. It was just 10 years. So, I said yes.
When he removed the rollers, I found the rollers were rotating smoothly. But what upset me even more is that when he put the latch, he did not put the nuts. He told me that those were not necessary!!! I asked him to put the nuts. He did.
He performed the lubrication jobs correctly from what I could see.

"Hello Dear Customer , We apologize for being late due to Freeway Traffic and construction we offer Free Estimate when Raul Technician arrived you already has a price from other company for $700 we gave you the price for regular door but when tech arrived he noticed you have heavy duty certified windload door he gave you the price$600 you ok because was $100 cheaper then other company after your approval he perform the job if you refuse we leave no charge no pressure still if you call us next time we give you $50.00 discount Thanks"
