Everything went well. The only delays were weather delays, which wasn't their fault and the work was done very well.

They did an excellent job. Excellent customer service team. All of the workers were very nice, efficient, clean, and respectful. The work was superb. The sales and project management team was great too.

After getting a number of estimates we met with Al who we felt comfortable with right away. Al and his team were very professional throughout the process and accommodating as we made changes here and there during the process. Al always kept us updated and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Each group Sand Castle sent to work on our pool were so talented and professional. We are beyond thrilled with how the pool turned out and with the over all quality of the workmanship by Sand Castle Pools. I highly recommend Sand Castle Pools to anyone thinking about building a pool.

It is great. They have always been right on the spot. I had a pool service before I didn't like, I found them. They bring their own equipment. They are responsive. The pool is perfect. They have a competitive price. They keep the place clean and I appreciate that. The last guy just left garbage in the backyard.

It went well. They preformed satisfactorily and met my expectations.

I called Sandstone Pool Service because of problems with my previous pool service company whom I would not recommend
to anyone! Every concern I would tell him about was never addressed, he had an excuse for everything I complained about.
When I called Sandstone I had immediate results and I can't be happier. As for our water loss it has been addressed, we do have a leak due to Al (owner) sending a specialist to check our pool. Very nice man and very nice service team. They leave a check list 
of everything done to my pool so now I can see what is being done. Before I always had green in corners of pool with other company which still services other pools in my neighborhood so he says. Rarely showed up at the same time or would come the day after suppose to show. Like I said always an excuse when I had a concern. Don't know why I didn't let him go sooner. I will definitely stay with Sandstone, am very content with their services.

Hiring Al's company was a mistake, I just wish I had joined angies list a month ago and would have known what a poor service company sandstone pool service is.

Awfull experience, this company charged me $570 dollars for a timer a $20 dollar piece of equipment at Home Depot.  I never gave him an authorization, nor expected for him to take the liberty to do it and charged me such an inflated cost.  I discovered his charge on my AMEX statement.  I immediatlely asked him to meet me, he never showed up to my house and sent someone else to deal with issue.  I called him again for transpassing ( when I specifically told him not to show up until I was home) he never returned my call.  AMEX is still disputing charge.

There was questionable service that led to the final firing of this company. For instance, I have a fully functional chlorinator which they never used. Instead they put the tabs in the skimmer baskets. Why? They were also careless about leaving the gate open and my dog would escape. There were several promises of cleaning the filter cartridges that didn't get fulfilled. So I ended doing it myself. Isn't that what he was paid to do? Yes. I asked them to replace the burned out light bulb, and it never got done. I did it myself. The final problem was related to the filter. In June he said the cartridges would be cleaned one last time and new ones would be ordered and installed in July. Neither the cleaning of the old ones nor the installation of new ones took place. Instead I had technicians telling me the pressure was getting to high. I asked him to check with the owner to see why the new cartridges had not been installed. I never got an answer. On August 10th I was told there was a hole in my filter case. I tried to patch it. Of course that didn't work. I wrote the owner an email and a snail mail letter voicing my complaint and received NO response. I have hired a new company and they are replacing my filter all because of this guy's negligence and lack of follow through. How I wish I'd checked Angie's list before I hired him last year. Stay as far away Sandstone Pool Service as possible.

At the beginning he was responsive but when he could not solve the algae problem he started ignoring calls. I had paid him for 4 sessions (1 /week). After 2 sessions and the water not getting any better I told him I did not need his services any more. He refused to refund the unused $70 and threaten me if I gave him a bad review. Note that I was dealing with the owner of the company! Stay away from this guy!
