Easy to contact and schedule.  Arrived on time.  Got new water heater same day.  They pulled a permit and arranged for the inspection.  The plumber was professional and very courteous.  They followed up with calls to verify work done satisfactory.  The final cost was slightly higher than the phone quote because they had to replace flex connections.  Overall, the cost was probably higher than if we had shopped around a little more but I suppose it was worth it to get done in the same day.  Would recommend and would use again.

The phone call was excellent. Probably the most professional and nice company I've ever called. They asked some probing questions to see what the problem was. They then gave me prices and set an appointment. When the tech, and quot;Peterand quot; arrived, he let me know he was going to do an assessment and let me know how much it would cost and what it would take for the water heater to be installed. Peter kept calling me and quot;sirand quot; the whole time and was saying and quot;yes sirand quot; in the most attentive way I've ever experienced. He was very professional.
Then all h*** broke loose, not with Peter, but at my house. My pipes were rusted to h***, I thought they would break, and sure enough the hot water pipe did. These pipes were old galvanized steel so enough said there. Then another piece of the pipe broke, I honestly felt bad for Peter, because I'm in the service industry too, but Peter kept chugging along without missing a beat. A problem would arise, and he would find a solution and quick. Then he had his assistant and quot;Noeand quot; to show up. Again, very professional. I train guys for a living, so I loved the interaction between the master plumber and the apprentice, I can tell Noe will be a huge asset for the company in the future just as Peter is.
All in all, the job was done greatly. I love my new water heater. Absolutely love it. Because they changed out a few pipes, while installing the water heater, my water pressure, through out the house went up, especially the hot water. Did I mention I love my new water heater? No more flooding my washroom, exchanging parts and valves on my water heater, at the end the heater was leaking at the top seams. I didnt realize it was 17 years old at the time. I also went up 10 more gallons on this water heater.
D*** I love my water heater and this company.

P.S. They actually did show up a few hours after I called. I called at 8:30 a.m. and they were here at 12 noon. Excellent.

I found out that morning I needed a new water heater. We were in the process of redoing the floors and the water heater in that room started to leak. I called around several places and discovered that everyone else wanted a huge amount of money just to install a water heater. I had company coming in that night so I searched for same day water heater installation adn this company came up. I called them around 1 in the afternoon and they said they could get a water heater installed between 6 an 9 that night. They arrived aroudn 6 and were finished by 8. The water heater works great and looks good too. Also, because we were redoing the floors, the technician installing the new water heater took the time to help us clear out the old flooring before putting the new water heater in.
I was very pleased with the price (significantly less than anyone else) and punctuality. It's not often you find a company that shows up at the beginngin of their time window and gets the work done quickly.

The people at sameday are so nice to interact with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire process was uncomplicated and they made sure to keep everything clean inside my home. Before finding them online I called a few plumbers and sameday was just a completely different experience. They are fast and professional and had a price guarantee. Even the truck they showed up in was modern and sleek.

Of all of the companies I called, Same Day Water Heaters was by far the most professional over the phone. At no point did they try and steer me in the direction of a particular unit (the more expensive ones), they simply explained the differences between each model. The same day service is no joke, these guys are fast. From the time I called to the time they showed up, installed the new unit and hauled off the broken one, I'd say it was about a 4 hour turnaround. In fact they were so fast and professional about it that it inspired me to go out of my and write this review.
If you just want your hot water heater back on as fast as possible I can't imagine a better place to call.
