After several years working in construction services, he took a leap of faith and started RSFM Inc. For over twelve years RSFM has maintained a reputation of professionalism and quality craftsmanship. We have evolved into a full-service design-build firm complete with a residential, commercial, and electrical division, as well as in-house designers to help with material selections. Our goal is to offer turnkey service from start to finish. We work with architects and engineers if needed and manage the entire project for you. We’d love to help with your next remodel, addition, or new build!

"We appreciate the feedback, thank you so much...look forward to working with you on your next project!"
"Thank you for the detailed review of us, we appreciate the feedback. It was a pleasure working with you and it is exciting that the space is being enjoyed so much. That is the outcome we strive so hard to achieve. Enjoy it!"
"Thank you Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for your feedback. We welcome all good and bad, and yes I like to use all feedback to help us improve to be better so that we work hard toward not repeating the same mistake. Being in construction hiccups will happen and it is something that at times is unavoidable for whatever reason but what I would like to take pride in is the way as a team we react to these hiccups that occur. Reviewing everything you emailed me, I do realize our response to many of the inconsistencies were not handled at our level of expected customer service. Since then we have made the appropriate changes so that this will not occur again. I would like to point out that we did also try to make things right and in the end you did say "you love your new bathroom". I promise that we will do better and I hope that you will reconsider us on any of your future projects."
"It is exciting when a client can see the bigger picture when it comes to the design build concept. Thank you so much for your detailed review of your project and our team. The phase 1 of a design build project is so important because it is in the details that allows for a smooth execution of a clients project. Matt takes pride in helping our clients and utilizing his knowledge that he has gained over years of being in construction to guide our team to execute the vision of the designer and/or client. I would have to agree that Thomas is amazing and he is excellent at what he does and happy to hear how much you enjoyed working with him. It was our pleasure to work with you and we look forward to your next project. Enjoy that beautiful kitchen for which it was our joy to bring your dream kitchen to reality."
"Thank you and we would agree Miguel and his crew are top notch! Hope to work with you again."
"Thank you for your review and any referrals! It is wonderful when we hear that our electrical team is doing excellent work at a great price."
"Thank you so much for your review on our electrical division. "Mikey" is great and it is wonderful to hear how he takes care of his clients. We hope to do work for you again in the future."
"Thank you so much for your review of our team! We truly take pride in building client relationships with excellent customer service and quality workmanship. All while knowing every project will have some hiccups but how our RSFM team responds is how we measure our constant growth and improvement. So again thank you for allowing our team be apart of your project and we look forward to working with you again!"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for your review! First we are glad to hear that you made it thru Hurricane Harvey with minimal damage. Second, I'm glad that Miguel could assist you and was able to coordinate a time that worked around your schedule. We look forward to working with you in the future!"
"Thank you [Member Name Removed], it was wonderful working with you and so glad we were able to assist you with upgrading your panel! We look forward to hopefully working with you again in the future!"
With the caveat that we had explicit plan laid out and a very clear understanding of when and how, I would probably use them again and refer them with that caveat, and that's a big caveat. I would use them with the understanding you have to have a very clear understanding on what is going to be done and when it is going to be done and if it's not done, they are not going to be paid.
"Thank you Mrs. [Member Name Removed]! It was wonderful working with you and your kitchen came out just beautiful. You knew exactly what you wanted from the very beginning and to know that it came out the way you wanted, makes us so happy! Thank you for the referrals you have already sent us, that is so awesome! I look forward to hopefully working with you again on your next project."
"Thank you Mr. [Member Name Removed], it was a pleasure supervising your project and working with you as well. I hope to work with you again in the future should another project come up. Again THANK YOU, Thomas!"
