Royal Oasis

Services good. Always punctual, worked well with the day of the week I wanted. Pool was always clean. Little high for such a small pool.

Royal Oasis is a very professional and experienced.

They never came out to provide an estimate. Did not use.

The current technician Brent is amazing, dependable, courteous, and professional. The owner when we were setting it up was knowledgeable and professional. There were a few hiccups along the way with technicians not doing what they claimed as we were getting started, (they were canned) but any small business is going to have those as it struggles with growth in a hot market. The company mergered with another one and is expanding to do more than just the Houston market so I can't say much about how that will be, but Royal Oasis I would recommend.

The owner, Shawn H., knows what he is doing! and he is honest in his dealings. My husband was dealing with the salt-water pool on his own initially, 'shocking' it too much with chemicals. Shawn fixed the levels. He answers all our questions, even the basic silly ones (our pool is less than a year old, so we have a big learning curve), and he has come out for emergent situations, such as dealing with algae. We no longer have an algae problem, by the way. In addition, Shawn educates us on using our pool system (buttons, levers, etc), makes sure everything is proper, and answers any questions we have. I have already recommended him to a friend and she uses him as well. At first, the pool needed a lot of attention, but during the winter months, Royal Oasis came monthly. With summer approaching, visits will likely be weekly or every two weeks.

We are very pleased with the pool service and maintenance package -- so much so that we have continued to use the company after our initial package expired. Shawn is very thorough and our pool always looks great.

I tried contacting him a couple of times and he returned my calls. It seemed like he did what I asked when I left a message. The price was average. He has done great so far. He comes once a week.

Overall it has been a great experience having this service.
