It was outstanding. They have good communication. They dont changed the pricing after the work was done. They were extremely reliable.

Jonathan was quick to respond to a quote request! He got up on the roof and measured the roof area and gave us a competitive quote. Crew was here within a week or two and a 4800 sq ft roof was done in 2 days! About $23000 in all, not a bad price per square (100sq ft) considering a layer of wood shingles had to be removed and new decking had to be placed! Would highly recommend!

The work was performed in a timely manner and took just 2 hours of 1 persons time. Which was great. Except that I had agreed to pay $1100 for the repairs. Which works out to $550 per hour. That seems a bit steep and I will look for a less expensive contractor when the time comes to replace the roof.

After approving the contract, Jonathan had his crew out within a week to install the new roof to our house and garage. They worked from 7:30am to 6:30pm almost nonstop-must have been 6-7 men on my roof all day working hard. They finished up after a few hours on the second day. We had a minor leak after a very hard rain. I reported it and a man was out to fix it within 2 hours. We are very pleased.

Rose Roofing replaced our previous roof over 20 years ago so when it was time for a new roof, I called them again. My general contractor at the time who has since moved away thought very highly of Rose Roofing and encouraged me to contact them for the work. He was absolutely right. Jonathan Rose came right out to the house and provided an estimate for repair or replacement of the roof. We chose replacement. I was skeptical about Jonathan's prediction that the work would be completed in two days but, sure enough, at 7:00 a.m. on July 2, a crew from Rose Roofing arrived went to work and finished before sundown the following day. The crew was fantastic and though the replacement of a roof can get pretty messy, at the end of the work, the mess vanished with the crew leaving only our lovely new roof. This is a great outfit. Lynda Langford handles things in the office and couldn't be nicer. I almost wish I had another roof to replace. Almost. Seriously, it’s my absolute pleasure to recommend this excellent firm.

Rose Roofing have done a lot of different roof repair and roof replacements for my Real Estate Clients and for myself. They are Honest, reliable and very reasonable on repairs cost.

Rose Roofing was prompt, courteous, professional, and kept me informed. They gave me a reasonable estimate and did the work quickly. I would hire them again because their prices are fair and they did not attempt exaggerate the problems.

Rose Roofing provided excellent service for a minor roof repair. They promptly returned my call to schedule a service date and followed up with an additional reminder call with date/time of service. Jonathan Rose was on time and provided an excellent overview of what was needed to repair the roof. Since the repair was minor he repaired the roof without scheduling additional work and provided professional advice on when to periodically inspect and maintain the roof to get the most life out of it going forward.

What a great company, barring two scheduling complaints below. Jonathan and his crew/company were amazing. I had a roof leak in a specific spot, and I called a local company out to quote it to figure out the issue. He quoted me a VERY high number with a large scope of work to do that also involved re-siding a part of my house. Given the outrageous estimate, I called three other roofers. One didn't return my call, one came out and never sent me the estimate they said they'd send over, and one was Rose Roofing. I only had two scheduling complaints with Rose, with one at the beginning. They couldn't assign a specific time they'd come out, but rather gave me a 3 hour window and called an hour before heading over, meaning I had to run back from work. That said, Jonathan was awesome to work with and seemed like a genuinely good person. When I asked him about doing the other work the first company recommended, he suggested we start small in one spot and expand the scope and cost if that didn't fix the issue. Duh. The day they were supposed to come out, no one showed. Bummer. No phone call either. I was going to call the next morning, but they showed up at the door at 645AM without any prior notice. Also a bummer. The redeeming grace here was that they did come out early to get a head start on things before a storm rolled in. The repair cost me 1/6 of what the first company quoted me, and it did the trick. The worker showed me where my leak originated, and they were nice enough to take pictures at my request. No leaks since, even with a couple big storms. Overall, a great experience, from talking with the owner to the crew that showed up to the office that processed the paperwork, and likely my new roofers going forward. I appreciate honesty, integrity, and the ability to (mostly) call me to keep me updated.

Jonathan Rose determined the cause of an occasional leak I have had by the chimney. The flashing needed caulking to stop the leak. He also saw 2 missing shingles and that squirrels have chewed my vent stacks to the point where I would soon have a problem. The bid was reasonable, and the work was done in about an hour the very next day. After the repairs, we had a very hard, blowing rain that let me see that the chimney caulking did the trick on the leak. I am very happy with Rose Roofing's professionalism and their service and will use them when I need additional roof repairs.

Rose roofing came out and gave us a reasonable quote for roof replacement, which we accepted and scheduled. They came on time, completed the work in a day and cleaned up the majority of the debris from the old roof. They provide a 7 year warranty for their work. Rose Roofing impressed me throughout the experience- they seem very knowledgeable, their prices are fair, and they completed the work smoothly. They made it easy and I have recommended them to others. I will use them in the future and think they are a great company

During hurricane Harvey, water came in around the chimney. Rose Roofing were busy with everyones' leaks. We had others quote for the work. Eventually Rose roofing visited and gave a very reasonable estimate to tear out the flashing and replace, with warranty. It has now been 6 months since the work and we have had some heavy rain, but no leaks. Friendly and honest service. Good work.

Johnathan checked my roof and told me it wasn’t the roof, but it was the chimney that was leaking because of small cracks in the mortar. I was glad he didn’t try to charge me for work that didn’t need to be done and I will hire him again. He also did work for another family member before Harvey and was out there in the rain fixing the leaks around her chimney before the major storm hit. Can’t beat that kind of service and dedication.

I will definitely recommend Rose Roofing. They were accommodating, price was right, and there were not changes. They answer all my questions and concerns. They when above and beyond . I will be looking forward to call them in 20-25 years for next roof replacement.

Rose Roofing was punctual to the estimate appointment, and I really liked the person who we hired. However, he didn't come with his workers the morning the work was to be done. It wasn't clear if the workers knew what all to do, and due to their limited English, I couldn't effectively talk with them. The overall look wasn't what I expected, but that may be my fault. When asked about it, Rose Roofing offered suggestions to change the appearance of the new flashing. We also found pieces of flashing and nails in our yard for weeks. On the positive note, the flashing repair worked and fixed our leak.
