There was an issue with the workmanship by Rooting for Less, which we discovered a day later after work was done. We then called Rooting for Less and they came back to fix the plumbing part, but left us with a hole in the drywall. The initial plumbing mistake should not have happen.

He snaked out the bath tub, rooted out the "clean up" trap to the main line and cleaned the lines in the bathroom and kitchen. He was $150 cheaper then all of the other plumbers in the area. He was very clean, efficient and the price was more then reasonable. This was the first time we used him but will hire him again for another project in a week.

We called for an estimate to replace a 15 year old, 40 gallon gas water heater in a home that we recently purchased.  We were told that it would be $650 for the water heater and we would be told the price for the pan when after they could look at the unit.  The day before the appointment, we had the water turned on.  The pipe in the front yard burst and flooded the yard and half of the street.  Jared came over within 30 minutes.  He turned off the water and started to dig in order to patch the pipe.  He realized that it was leaking in several places and suggested that we replace the whole pipe for $1050.  He worked quickly and efficiently.  After all the pipe was replaced (the previous owner had patched the pipe MANY times), it began to leak at the main shut off in the house.  He repaired that without charging us any extra.  He also replace the water heater, pan, and overflow for $800.  We were very impressed with how fast he worked and how much he seemed to love his job.

The drain for the washing machine was clogged and every time the wash cycle emptied the washing tub, the water would start to drain and then rush back up and pour out all over the floor.  We have a large tree that keeps sending roots into the drains.  Rooting for less arrived on time and immediately started working on the problem.  He ran a snake to clear the line, but was having problems getting to the exact area.  He tried a few different approaches and when not totally successful, he called his supervisor.  The supervisor arrived to see what they could further do to resolve our problem.  The supervisor was very knowledgeable and explained the different procedures he would use to solve the problem.  He laid out three steps he would take and only move to the next one if he was not successful in the prior attempt. He worked on the drain for about an hour.  He was able to clear the drain with the first procedure.  We were very impressed with Rooting for Less.  They are "results" and "customer-satisfaction" driven -  super professional.  We would definitely call them back for plumbing issues. I wish all "Service" companies ran their businesses this way!
