Robert arrived on time and went the repairs I wanted done.  The door from my garage into the family room was damaged and would not close or lock properly.  I also was having a problem with one of the toilets not flushing correctly, I thought the flapper wasn't making a good seal and sometimes the toilet would continue to run.  He provided pricing for the repairs.
Robert asked exactly what type of replacement door I wanted.  We discussed several options.  He went to 2 stores before he found the correct door.  He contacted me by phone twice to make sure I approved before purchasing the door.  He returned with the door and installed it.  He was very particular about the way it was hung and the installation of the trim around the door.  He was able to re-use the door knob and dead bolt locks from the damaged door so that was saved me a little money.  The door looks great and locks smoothly.
He also replaced the flapper on the toilet and that did take care of the problem.
Robert was very polite and professional.  The price he quoted at the beginning of the job was exact and I am very pleased with his service.

There was some delay in his being available to start, attesting to his popularity, but he returned the initial call and came for the estimate fairly quickly. I found him friendly, very professional, slightly ahead of the appointment time on all occasions when he came for the bid and the multiple days of work, and intelligent in his discussion of ways that the work could be done. His work was outstanding. We had obtained another bid before contacting Robert; the other bid was for a higher price, and the suggestions for the needed work would have involved much more changes instead of a repair. Clean up was excellent.

The installation was performed flawlessly. Mr. Roham was on time and started the installation immediately. His expertise in carpentry was perfect. This was the second time he provided services for me and I would certainly recommend him to anyone. I asked him to patch a hairline crack where the molding was to be installed and he went above and beyond by patching the whole area, which exceeded my expectations.

It went well. The price was fair. Their friendliness and professionalism was very high. They were punctual and efficient. I will use them again.

Robert has done work around the greater Houston area for years, as well as traveling to other locations. At one time, Robert, was contruction project manager for the Pappas family, overseeing the construction of several of their restaurants. He gave up that position, to start his own business. He is always fair in his pricing, on-time to the minute, buys needed items for a job out of his own pocket and then presents you with the receipt. His work is excellent. Actually he is a master carpenter. The only hesitation I have in giving such an excellent report on Robert is the fact that means we have to wait longer for him to fit us in to his extremely busy schedule, when we need him___but he deserves an excellent report!

He showed up at promptly 7:30 am and got started right away and brought out his power tools and got to work. He works fast and does a good job. He repaired numerous items around our house.

We recently moved to Houston from Florida, leaving behind our wonderful handyman Ralph Crawford (a magician with our old house and its myriad problems). I relied on Angie's List to find someone in our new city, and you guys helped us find Robert. He's a treasure -- friendly, professional, punctual, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable, multi-talented, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Having bought a 30+ year old home, I anticipate that this is the beginning of a long, happy relationship.

I felt the work went very well. He is always on time, dependable, punctual. He goes and gets the materials needed for doing the work and presents you with the bill and then you pay him for the cost and the labor.

He's excellent - I had a master plumber once do work for me and we had Robert redo it because he just that skilled. He always does a wonderful job. Always prompt and tidy, and makes me feel safe about leaving him at the house without me there. If we ever need additional supplies, he will pick those up and pay out of pocket and just give me the receipt so I can pay him.
