I used Roberts Hardwood Floors. I took a week to do that job and it was a father and son team that came out. I felt so good about them being in my home as I was at work. They were here on their own and that was the kind of trust and the feel that I had for this guy. I couldn't take a week off of work to sit here and listen to them sand all day. They did a bang of a job, art floor and our stairs look terrific. I would use them again in the future if need be, hands down, I would turn them on to anybody that was looking for their wood floors to be done. Ours was probably in the worst shape and they were just worn out and it was a darker color. Everything we asked for, he did. The dude was here every day at 7:30 in the morning with his son who is about a 25 year old man which is one of his older son's. He would work from 7:30 in the morning to 5:30 to 5:45 and they are still in and they start out at 6 o'clock. They did everything they could to help protect keeping the dust from the sanding real mineralized and in kind of a quarantined state while they were working. They had sheets of plastic all over the place. They prepped the stairs just to put tape around spindles and get it ready to go so they could sand it. It was a great experience. The job went over Memorial Day weekend and they actually wrapped up on Memorial Day.
