Robert Padon himself verbally agreed to clear my land for $3000. I gave him a total of $2400 via 2 checks. I paid $300 for a chipper and $500 for a Bobcat for him to use because he didn't even have the money to rent the equipment. After about 10 days he stopped showing up when I was paying daily for the Bobcat. He completely turfed my lawn and tore down my fence without my permission allowing my dogs to get out. It got to the point that I had to badger him to come finish what he started, his response was, (Go f*ck yourself). Needless to say, we are suing him for lost money and damages.
