Problem: Refrigerator line had been leaking for god knows how long. Things had been growing back there for so long that it practically had it's own ecosystem.
Solution: He collected a sample to determine salvageability of the flooring, insulation, sheetrock and cabinets. He suggested that we set up containment with some sort of HEPA filtration and negative air pressure. I decided we should go with the expert, since I didn't want my family to get sick anymore.
He recommended some great people that removed and replaced all of my damaged areas.
The other bids I got from similar mold remedation were higher and lower. But with all his certifications and experience, I didn't want to chance my family's health.
We haven't had a problem since. I hope I don't ever see him again, because that means we have another leak!!! But if I do, I will certainly call this guy.
