Sandra was completely unresponsive to my phone calls. One of the best parenting specialists in Houston was helping me get settled in Houston, and the services I needed for my children. 
Sandra told her that "my nannies are not interested in working with children who have ADHD." 
This parenting specialist (who prefers for me not to use her name), was shocked, appalled, and said she had never heard this from a professional who actually knew children. 
Since this is the case, I would never, ever, recommend this agency to anyone as there is much discrimination, simply for a child having AHD. 
I feel like a newscaster on TV saying this, but "SHAME ON YOU!"

They did an excellent job. They did a great job in interviewing and sifting through candidates for housecleaning for us. They gave us many options of people to chose from. As far as what they can improve on, probably their web presence.

Sandra was wonderful to work with. Conscientious, prompt, communicative, trustworthy, reassuring. Her demeanor professional. Her background and reference information on each candidate was thorough and informative. All of the candidates that I interviewed were great choices, but one individual fit much better than the others. There is a 5 month guarantee on the candidate that I chose, i.e., if the relationship doesn't work out, but I doubt that I will find it necessary to utilize it. The candidate that I chose will, hopefully, be part of our household for years to come.
Since references and background were of primary importance when considering a candidate (no matter what agency is used) and given the time, resources and effort expended by Sandra to locate, research, interview, gather references and background candidates, I felt the $575.00 contract fee was well worth it.
