+ 2 moreA company is only as good as the people that work for them. Rise Construction has proven to be a company that hires unqualified workers and subcontracts with companies that delivers substandard products. I paid Rise Construction over Forty-five thousand dollars to update my home with paint, replace 7 windows and laminate floors throughout, at the end of 2018 beginning of 2019. When I did a walk through, immediately I questioned the floors which were sinking and skinned. I told Chris, who's response was they need to settle. The floors are defective, the windows are coming apart and the outside paint looks as if they used interior paint. To add insult to injure, this company has stopped returning calls and text, especially the construction manager, Chris Ajay, Jamal, the company President, and the office Assistant, Alexis. Chris has been promising to replace my floors since they installed them and now, he is ghosting me. My next step is The Better Business Bureau to report their business practices. I also plan to take further action against this company. Please do not do business with this company. They seem honest, but that is a facade!!!
