They arrived promptly at the promised time and were practicing social distancing, all of which were good signs.The project went very well because Oscar Rosales is very good at his job and at explaining what needed to be done and the cost. At my request he made an additional check on the wiring in the attic and was able to locate and fix the problem during his first visit. In addition to fixing my doorbell he also quickly fixed a long standing problem with one of my smoke detectors, I would not hesitate to recommend Oscar and his company to anyone needing some electrical repairs done

will the master electrician was professional and easy to work with. He carefully explained all the options I had to upgrade the electrical system in my house and resolve my problems. I am very impressed with their team including Levi and Prinard. they fixed mistakes from pre-existing issues when I bought the house, issues that were introduced with Hurricane Harvey, and issues that were introduced by my remodeling contractor. They are not the cheapest option but they are the best option and I felt totally comfortable and trusting them with such a large job. All the electricians are thoroughly trained, licensed, and committed to doing things right, not just fast or to save a buck. A few smaller issues came up after their initial job and they were quick to come out to fix those too.

I had a tripping circuit breaker that I accidentally got bleach and water into and corroded a wire. Jonathan came out and fixed the problem. My husband also talked him into adding an extra plug for Christmas lights and got a few tips on wiring for the holidays. The price was reasonable and the service impeccable. Jonathan was terrific!! I will definitely use Right Touch again! This is a company that employs people of integrity.

They had special for electrical diagnostic. Could not diagnose the problem completely because they needed some special tools which was not included in their diagnostic. Gave estimate to diagnose and repair which was minimum $1500+ for 3 hours of work, which is ridiculous. I think that they want to entice you with low price of diagnostic and then make killing with actual work. This is the second time i had hired them for diagnostic and both times their estimates were ridiculous. Never Again!!

Excellent customer, service great price and Ruben the electrician was very thorough and did an excellent job! I will refer them to family and friends and will be using them again in the future!

A bit of a delay in arriving. Did the work quickly and told me what it would cost. However, I feel it was quite a bit too expensive for what they did.

Excellent work! Nice young guy. Very knowledgeable and came on time. He went over and beyond. He spent extra time in getting the right parts for the job.

Ok, was not that impressed with the service

The people in the office were honest, patient and helpful. The electrician was honest, patient and willing to explain things to me. He found wiring problems that could have potentially caused a fire in the previous install. He allowed me to watch him do it properly so I knew I'd be safe in my bathroom. Right touch is the best electrical company I've ever used.

Fully tested, replaced and everything explained. Outstanding job.

Everything went well. RightTouch was on time and installed the light with no difficulty. So far everything has been fine.

It was fair actually, not good. They did it, but it’s not working for us. We have a couple of spots not working for us.

Exceeded expectations...top notch all the way around from customer service reps to electricians. Ruben and Victor arrived on time, pinpointed every problem and presented 4 repair options from cheapest to most expensive. They were very knowledgeable and professional and worked with me step by step to ensure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend their services.

If there was such a thing as enjoying having a rewire done to your home, this is as close as it would get. Levi came to my home to assess the damage. He then took his time and wrote me an immaculate quote for me to submit to my insurance. I had another company come and give me a quote, and I was amazed that Right Touch didn't charge me for a second opinion. That was the 1st of my many surprises when it came to Right Touch. I won't lie, the quote was very high, not because they charge a lot, but because there was so much damage done to my home. Levi told me not to worry that they deal with insurances all the time and that he would have his admin office type up the quote in such a way that the insurance had to choice but to cover it. And sure enough within 24hrs the detailed quote came through and when I sent it off to my insurance adjuster she issued a check for the damage with 72hrs. She said it was so well written with so much detail there was no reason not to approve the claim. So Levi came the next day and started work. There was no way that I could be there for the whole 3 days. I felt so comfortable leaving Levi and Eli at my home. Every time they entered the home they put booties on, not to drag mud through the house. I stopped in on them several times unannounced and each time they were doing exactly what they said they were going to. As a matter of fact, I had other construction on my home going on at the same time, and the guys let the other trade men in for me so that I didn't have to. Every time there was a problem that came up, I was called, but not to complain, instead offering me a solution then and there. The job was finished on time and on budget and clean. I can not say enough good things about them. From the office staff who bent over backwards to help with the insurance stuff, to the guys that did the actual work. They were truly superstars.

They coordinated with CenterPoint and stayed on site until the job was complete. I would recommend these guys, very honest and professional.

It went well however, they tried to sell me something I do not need. I don't appreciate being told I need to by a surge protector for my house for approx. $500 when in reality I don't need it. I just want to get the job done and not try to sell me other products. So, watch out if you use them.

Thomas and his assistant were great! His professionalism and attention to even the smallest detail were greatly appreciated. He even went so far as to clean the glass fixtures after installing the lights. Job Well Done!
