Service was excellent. Rug was picked up on time and delivered a week later. Massoud was very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice. He gave us a local discount for being so close to his place of business.

Mr. Nogabi and his assistant were very courteous.  They cleaned and restored the rug to a pristine state (just like new).  They returned the rug at the scheduled time about one week after picking it up.  The price was very reasonable for all the work they did including driving across Houston to our home.  I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Massoud could not have been more prompt and professional. He recommended that he also reapply the edging to the carpet, which had come loose, and replace the carpet pad, which was worn flat. I was concerned, thought, that he wouldn't be able to match the colors of the carpet when he made the repairs. I can't get over the result - it's like new! The repair is almost impossible to detect and can be seen only if you know where to look. The colors of the carpet are fresh and the edges are firm. Having the carpet cleaned and repaired professionally saved me from buying a new one, though it would have been almost impossible to find a similar design. I feel that I came out WAY ahead, thanks to the work of Richmond Rugs.
