Richard Jensen Furniture Delivery & Moving Service

When you call this company, you get in touch with Richard Jensen himself. No phone menus or assistants, just Richard. Due to a miscommunication, his guys showed up two hours early for pickup. They called me when they arrived, then Richard called and kept in touch with me until the furniture could be picked up. His guys waited at no charge to me. They arrived at my home and had everything situated within minutes. I felt like the time charged was exaggerated, but I was still happy with the overall price and service. I will not hesitate to call Richard for future furniture deliveries.

Richard Jensen is a high end provider of moving services. The company picked up two antiques from the dealer and delivered to my home in a clean truck. Two men moved the furniture with great care. They were clean, neat and properly equipped with all the needed tools. My "secretaire" (French, circa 1840) was carefully packed in moving pad AND shrink wrap. I needed furniture moved in my home to accommodate the new item, and they did that also. They took great care in moving other delicate antiques in my home. This is a great outfit that took all the worry out of moving valuable antiques, and I heartily recommend them.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received.  I learned of this company from another moving company that I regularly use but was too busy to accommodate my small move in a short time period.  I called Richard Jensen on a Thursday, I believe, and he was able to accommodate my small move on that Saturday morning, which was fantastic.  He and another guy personally handled the move.  I explained what I needed moved to storage and they were very efficient and professional about getting my belongings, taking care to not damage my floors or walls at all.  They even helped me move  a couple other pieces of furniture in my home that I needed help with to stage the house properly.  We made it to the storage facility and the whole job was done in about 3 hours, travel time included.  The price was very reasonable and the service was great.  I've already used them again once to move everything back out of storage to my new home rather than the big moving company I normally use and would not hesitate to hire them again should the need arise.
