Revitalize Pressure Washing

Their business is run by hiring contractors to do the work. So there is no real processes in place, or attention to detail. They show up with a pressure washer, plug into your water line, and go. There is no pretreatment at all to help remove dirt, mildew, or spider webs. They just literally walk down the job with the pressure washer and are done. I will never use this company again and hope that you will take my advice as well. There was more dirt on my driveway after they left than before they came. When I sent pictures (see attached), they offered me a 10% discount. They offered to come back out and re-do the work, but I would rather call Advantage Pro Services instead. Advantage does impeccable work and unbelievable customer service. I was suckered by the Revitalize salesman Patrick saying all they do is pressure washing and they had processes in place just like anyone else. That was a lie. They hired a contractor who is getting paid no matter what, so what is motivation other than to get the job done quickly and get paid. And that is exactly what he did. The office contact Don was not the sharpest knife in the drawer either. When I originally asked for my proposal he sent a PDF of a little kid which I assumed was his son. I was like, "ok, that's cute. did you mean to send that as a proud father moment.....or was that a horrible mistake". Needless to say, he was not paying attention and I had to reach out to ask him again for the proposal. No leadership, no management, and no customer service. Revitalize may be a little cheaper than others, but the work is poor at best. Spend the extra few dollars for another company that actually sprays your house with a solution that helps remove dirt, spider webs, etc. instead of a company that waters down your house. If you get a sales guy named Patrick or an office contact named Don, run for the hills! They have no idea what they are doing.

I called Revitalize Pressure Washing to come out and clean home... I received three bids, and though theirs were a bit higher than the other bids... They did a great job explaining the difference in the level of service they provide and the kind of company they are. I would definitely do business with them again, and tell my neighbors about their work.

From the moment the gentleman answered the phone, to the moment the technicians finished... I knew I had made the right decision to hire Revitalize. The office staff was very friendly and the technicians were wonderful. Very thorough in their work, and left my home looking stellar! If you're on the fence about who to hire, be sure to call Revitalize if you want an easy going, professional experience.
