Overall work went well. After major work was completed there was touch up stuff that needed to be done. Terrance Stafford who proclaimed to be a honest Christian man skipped out on me. I tried getting hold of him about the situation but he stop returning my phone call and text. I am very disappointed because I trust him to do the right thing. I paid him several thousands of dollars for the work, more than $20k. I'm thinking about reporting him to Click2 Houston team to see if I can get some kind if justification from this matter. All I wanted was for Terrance Stafford and his team is completed work for what he was paid. May God deal with his heart and integrity.

It looked great when finished, but took much longer than expected. Now we have cracking, ceiling is falling, and grout cracking, and baseboards not finished correctly. The plumbing has issues, you can hear the pipes now move when you turn the water in. Called him and emailed him, and he will not come out to fix anything.

Terrence with Retro Modern Remodeling is a Crook and a Liar.  Do No Use!! We contracted him to remodel our house, an estimated 4 week project that took 4 MONTHS!!  It was a HORRIBLE experience.  Everything he touched had to be redone two or three time to get it right. 

·         Kitchen Granite was rework/replaced 3 times!

·         Kitchen backsplash was reworked twice!

·         Insulation was not installed in exterior walls all hardie plank and plywood had to be removed and reworked!

·         He cut electrical line and tried to splice them with placed electrical tape.

·         He did not complete the rewiring of our house and the breaker box is not labeled.

·         The automatic gate installed took 3 months to complete and is still not functional!

To top it all off, once the last payment was made, he immediately stopped taking or returning our phone calls.  There are already issues with craftsmanship and he will not respond to warranty his work.

Please, learn from our misfortune and DO NOT USE!!!!
